My husband and I have been together 6 years and married for almost 5 years. The staff was professional and thorough. The experience was priceless.

If I could give minus stars I definitely would. I joined in 2016 and have yet to have my contract fulfilled. They never answer the phone or return calls. I believe they are no longer in operation. I called Small Claims Court for direction on filing a case. Do not do business with them!!!!!!! I suggest others sue them as well.

I too am very disappointed with CT Dating. I had joined 2 years ago and have yet to meet anyone remotely compatible. They set me up with 5 out of my contracted 20 dates thus far and I have yet to hear from them in over a year since my last date which was a complete failure. They don’t seem to listen to what I’m looking for. I expected a lot more from them for what I paid - $10k. A lot of money. I am writing this review for I want to warn others of what is going on. I was supposed to receive advice from a dating coach as I went along, however I received very little coaching if any. I was also supposed to meet with a wardrobe stylist, but that never happened either. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

This matchmaking company is terrible.No one ever answers the only phone they give as an option to call.I have called multiple times and left multiple messages.I have not been called back.Wanted to close my account and get a partial refund earlier this year but was not allowed to.Filed a complaint with the BBB but after exchanging few letters I was told that they can not help me in any way.I have to practically keep calling and asking for a referral to be sent to me.Agents are not professional or kind.Every referred person that I have met has complained of the agency and regret that they have enrolled.No one has really liked me and I have not liked anyone I have met so far.I feel that the companiess matchmaking skills are terrible.I was on vacation in August and sent an e mail that I will be away for 3 weeks.I have been back for a month and a half and I have not heard from the company.I am very disappointed with the Connecticut Dating.They asked me to pay a big amount of money,$5,395.50,to be precised, which is a lot to come out of a single mother of two.If I could grade this company in 0 or less than a zero,I would.Please do not use Connecticut Dating!They are well prepared with a legal binding contract and you fall into a trap.I do not recommend this company and regret paying them.

I signed up as a client of Connecticut Dating on January 22, 2018. this involved executing a contract which included a right to cancel and rescind the contract if cancelled and rescinded following the procedure identified in the contract, namely that a certified letter was sent within 3 days or a letter was personally delivered. I did both. the terms of the contract stipulate that the fee will be fully refunded within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation and rescission, but I have still not yet received such refund. The amount I paid and am expecting is $3995.00I have both called and emailed this vendor numerous times with respect to this issue and have never received a call back.In addition, to the dissatisfaction relating to not returning my refund, I found the service to be very lacking. After I paid the full amount, I did receive a phone call from an individual who purported to be a matchmaker (this business seeks to match people based on their common interests for dating) and as much as the service represented itself to be highly personal with a real effort to make appropriate matches, this individual had not even read the extensive profile I had written to give the matchmaker a perspective on the type of individual I was looking for.
