My mother was a client at this car wash for a long time until last week when her RAV4 spare tire cover fell off during the car wash. She immediately got the attendance to turn off the machine so that they can get to her cover which cost $500 but instead the attendant to show the shoulders and said he couldnt stop the machine. We understand that the car wash is it responsible for broken things but what my mother is arguing is that she told him to stop the machine before the next car ran it over. Very irresponsible the way they treated her when shes a loyal customer for years. At least give her something.

Charged my card for a subscription without authorization. I went there on May 3, 2021 and have had two HIGHER recurring charges since. I did NOT sign up for a subscription and confirmed that there were no recurring charges verbally on May 3rd. I emailed them and received no response. I have not been back to the place since May and they charged me in June and July.

BEWARE OF RECURRING CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! I paid for one standard car wash ($22), and have been charging me without consent $30+ monthly. I only took my car there once. Do not use a credit card and check your statements after if you do. Scammers

Went here for a car wash on the day of my wedding. They did an ok job at it and I have no complaints but my issue is that they charge a subscription and they didn’t tell me about it. All I wanted was a one time wash and now I have a charge every month on my CC. I call them to get it canceled constantly and no one answers. Now I called fraud on my CC and need to update all my info but at least I won’t be charged every month

Do not go to this place to wash your car it will damage you rings with scratch and all type of things look on this picture the damage they create to my new rings on my car scratched and all dirty, I turned around to them after going through the machines to cancel my account and they did not even said we sorry or any apologies or try to contact someone or manager or any thing, just one of they workers almost laughing. just look how my rings look after going through, do not go to this place if you love your rings or your car now if you have an ugly car and you dont care about it this is the place for you.... WARNING IF YOU HAVE A NEW CAR OR A GOOD LOOKING CAR WITH NEW AND NICE WHEELS DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO WASH YOUR CAR. Worst service ever. There was only 2 cars in line and yet they failed to wash my car properly. They put soap on 1 side and couldnt even wash that off completely.

WAY better than Splash Car Wash (on W. Putnum). I was paying $80+ for a half a** job at Splash and decided to drive 10 miles out of the way to try Russell. I wasnt aware of the express drive through wash but actually was very happy with my experience. $4.50 for the exterior car wash, no hand dry, but I paid $50 more for the Express Interior Detail which was very much worth it. The guy who worked on my car was so thorough, both interior and exterior, hand drying every corner. The inside was spotless. Stopped by around noon on a Monday and was out in 30min. Thank you!

This place used to offer exterior wash only. Now it has detailing also. The premium monthly unlimited wash was $30. Now is $25, but no more hand dry.

Kid slammed the pen so hard on my car today that it scratched my hood and left a small chip. Oh and this is after I went through twice because the first time literal machine grease was dropped on my hood from a brush (hence why he was marking my hood)

Quick and easy car wash...they have all you can wash monthly at only $22..may join that as want my new car I got for XMAS to stay clean...good job guys

Clean car...wish they had a less expensive detailing service as I know many who would love their inside of cars cleaned, but the outside is clean

Here’s an update. Since January, this establishment has gone downhill and it’s unfortunate because it’s in a prime location, and seems to be busy but the customer service is awful now and the machines are not cleaning as they once were. The car leaves with spots and when asked to please wash the opposite side of the car manually before it goes into the machine, because they have an actual attendant there to do this, the person scoffed and rolled his eyes but did it.At that point, we have stopped using this establishment and we will not be back.Customer service is your living. As well as making sure the cars have been washed.

My entire hood got severely scratched after washing my car at this car wash. It looked like someone went with a peace of sand paper. I think they dont clean their equipment frequintly enough so peaces of sand and dirt gets trapped in there from dirty cars and turns this place into a sandpaper car wash. Avoid this place if you care about your cars paint.

Price is good and my cars never got scratched in the wash but location is not convenient. Almost always there is a traffic jam in front. Trying to find a place to park a car to wipe it after a wash can also be a challenge.

They do a good job

After a month of roadtrip around USA from NYC to Oregon In the West, south to Silicon Valley to Vegas, Arizona, & Texas, and back through Tennessee, Ohio, & NY. My 2016 fiat was ultimately dirty with moldy spills in the trunk. Russell speeders clean it well and it is back like a whole new car for less than $80. What a deal and a great work!!!

Fast and inexpensive. Sometimes there are long lines. Really no place to dry off the car after the wash. Still the best Ive found in the area.

$3.75 for a 3 minute drive thru car wash is a great deal. Cheapest Ive seen in the area. No wonder there is a line to get in! The only downside the full service (vacuum, dash, glass) is $40!

Here was absolutely no soap, and my vehicle was not clean but some way and somehow my wheels looked great!!

I did a wash, but they continue to charge me monthly, I did not make a contract and it seems an abuse that they continue to discount me. I call to make the complaint and nobody answers.

I have been a client of several years but on some occasions I have seen the bad treatment of some people, not all employees, but if it was good for some of them to have their name on their shirt to show who they are, it is an observation of respect as an employee
