This place has many senior level employees who show minimal skills. If you ask them basic questions, they put you on hold and then come back with the answer. It makes me wonder what kind of experts they are?

Management has to stop being too political in the workplace. Employees are being divided because the managers express too much bias and abuse of power. Merit lost its meaning because promotions and raises are being based on politics and not on hard work. The pay is decent but its not worth the toxic work environment.

I called several times, left several massages last week and no one ever bothered to call back. It sounds like another digital agency run by one person from a cell phone or something, which is not appropriate for a serious project anyway. Or, this is another typical advertising company that does not deliver.

Management should stop being so obvious with workplace politics. The work environment is toxic because every employee knows that the managers have their own favorites and that they give preferential treatment. Working here isnt really about working hard and being dedicated, its all about befriending some of the managers and hoping that you become on of their favorites. I suggest that you avoid this toxic company.

The management refuses to believe that there is a shortage of staff. They just pile on more and more work on existing employees and make them work like donkeys.

I would not recommend their advertising services. They kept asking me to pour in money for weeks in advertising campaigns that were soon to bring in results. I didnt see any results that I liked, and then they told me it would take time. As I didnt want to lose more money, I fired them!

Hiring them to boost my website traffic and eventually sales - as theyre promised - was a total mistake. They made promises which were not turned into reality once the website is up and running.

They dont have proper organization of things, they jump into steps and processes and do whatever they want and how they want it without proper condition.
