It took time, but they were helpful with my confusing situation.

I did a reservation here and I call to do the pre towing and they didnt answer, I went to the store and it was closed. Because of that I had to cancel my reservation I didnt feel secured about this place.

Alec helped me get a uhaul today and he was great! Very helpful and explained things to me simply and clearly. It was also a very fast process to get my truck and dolly.

Owner was so incredibly rude from the get go. DO NOT GET YOUR UHAUL FROM HERE or DROP OFF. Terrible terrible customer service.

Worst customer service! We barely got in and the guy told us to shut the door. Unwilling to look into truck rental options. And he was rushing us out saying he was closing in 5 minutes. Never seen someone so unwilling to work. Pathetic!!!

Apparently the U-Haul guy shows up whenever he wants to. The storage guy said to come back an hour after my scheduled pickup time because “most people show up late.”

I did not like this place.

The owner acted so rude towards my husband and I for no reason! To the point where we just left and didn’t even want to spend our money there. We left and went to the Spanish fork one 5 min away.

The guy treated me with disrespect and it was clear that he did not want to help me. It was towards the end of the day, around 4pm. He told me to call 1-800 UHAUL to ask for help because he wanted to leave early. I could not believe it!
