I’m very happy with my pedicure. She was meticulous trimming my toes. The massage was extraordinary. It only cost $30 including a scrub on my legs, lotion & oil massage and 2 flowers!

Loved my pedicure and the massage that came with it. What I didn’t love is they refuse service to customers not wearing masks. they each were wearing masks in layers of two or three which I can’t imagine how hard it would be to breath in them. It made me feel like I was a germ to them.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! They got my mom & I in last minute, they were super clean & friendly! They took there time with the pedicure, I did not feel like it was being rushed at all. Good prices, family owned! Definitely coming back! 🤍

I have gone to SO MANY places to get pedicures and it is hard to find a place that gives a better experience than Natural Nail Salon.The pedicure is thorough and the leg and foot massage ( the best part of any pedi) is always long and amazing. Highly recommend!

Incredible pedicure! Multiple friends recommended this place so I decided to try it. They really do give the longest leg and foot massages out of any nail salon I’ve been to. I started with a female technician and then told her I am prone to ingrown nails and so a male technician came out and spent a solid amount of time perfecting my nails and making it comfortable. Super pleased with the service I received. Also SO AFFORDABLE?! Can this get better? I will be back.

Such a nice massage, the place is clean, comfortable, and they did a really good job on my shellac nails. In my experience with other places they do a good massage but the nails are done too quickly and without care. This place has a nice balance of relaxing massage and good quality nails. The best pedicure Ive ever had.

Came here with my husband for his birthday and we both got pedicures. We booked the appointment and no one else was in the salon the same time as us. They had us wear masks and also had a barrier setup between since social distancing wasn’t possible. They did an amazing job on our feet and they massaged our feet and legs for a long time. We will definitely come again.

I’ve been to at least 4 salons before Natural Nail Salon in Utah County—Natural Nail Salon is the first to make me think I should leave a review! For sure the best pedicure and manicure I’ve had. The pedicure was very thorough and professionally done—and if you’re looking for someone who knows their way around ingrown nails, they do. I also got a full set of nails and they were again very thorough and gentle—I’ve had some pretty rough manicures where I leave and my nails feel bruised. Nutshell: will definitely go there again. They get a sixth star for being so close to my house! Ha

I really like this salon! I’ve been twice now for pedicures and really loved both experiences! They give a really nice and long leg/foot massage which was just what I needed! My toes always turn out really pretty too! I will definitely keep coming back!

I made an appointment at Natural Nail Salon for three people and they got us in within the hour. Even on a holiday. The basic pedicure was not basic by any means. They massage both legs extensively, right after a sugar scrub. Then when I scuffed one of my nails, they fixed it right away, no hesitation, to my standards (which can be pretty high). Don’t be deterred by the outside of the building, the inside is clean and equipped with massage chairs. The owners and workers are all family and very friendly. I highly recommend this nail salon. Great service for a great price.

Wow. I have been to many nail salons and this place was by far the best! I never knew that having acrylic nails put on could be such a relaxing and pain-free experience. I was literally falling asleep in the chair. The lady had such a gentle touch and she took her time instead of rushing. Absolutely wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back.

My experience here was TERRIBLE.I went in to get a shellac manicure as a graduation present to myself and had a male technician whose attention to detail was lacking to say the least. He kept trying to paint pieces of fuzz into my nails and when I pointed it out he told me it was just the color. When he finished, the paint was lumpy and all over my cuticles. There was also a blue mark on one of my nails that I asked if he could fix. He then started taking the polish off the wrong nail. He didnt understand when I was trying to explain and instead started painting over the already awful paint job. Long story short, two hours later I left with EIGHT layers of shellac on my fingers, they are gloopy, and my cuticles were cut carelessly before being being covered (again) with more shellac. The technician told me hed redo it for me on Monday but theres no way I would let him touch my hands again.To top it all off, I have visible pieces of fuzz painted into 3 different nails.Stay away.

Natural Nail Salon is small nail salon, and it’s a outdated. However, it’s conveniently located to my house, and they are good at the basics. They get the job done.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. He seriously took 5 times longer to exfoliate and massage my feet and legs than any other place I have been to. The color was applied perfectly and in general it was just a really good experience.

Enjoyed some time off of my feet, especially during the leg and foot massage. Going again!

Recieved a pedicure yesterday and was pleased with the experience at first. But now, today the skin around the nails of my big toes are swollen, red, and painful. One of my toes just released pus when pushed on. This place clearly is not sanitary. Not even a full day later and I have an infection! Do NOT go here!

I go there all the time and they are wonderful, kind people! I have short nail beds and its the only place I have had my nails done where they last and dont come off after one week. The pedicures are amazing! I wont go anywhere else!

I went to get a pedicure with a family member. We were very disappointed with the quality of work. My family member was so displeased she ended up going to get he nails redone somewhere else.

My nails are horrible please give me my money back I would of done a better job. If you want your toe nails to look lop sideded and like a child painted them please just have a child do them and save your money.

We went there and it took 2 hours and it was a waist of time. They told us they were going to charge us 20 for me and my friend each and at the end they changed their minds and told us $35 for each and they didn’t do the best job either so I don’t recommend this nail salon

Decent place. Inside looks a little ghetto but they have the nice massage chairs! You get a very long leg and hand massage for the mani pedi. However the man who did my mani pedi did it really rushed and it was a little sloppy. He flooded the cuticles with polish and the polish wasn’t even. I had to go home and clean up the edges a bit cause I’m a perfectionist about my nails. Okay place to go as a last resort.

Literally THE WORST PLACE! Terrible customer service, terrible work. I live in Springville and Im 5 min away from this place but will never set foot here again. If you want rude, unsterile, service go here.

I havent even gone to this place, every time I call to make an appointment, doesnt matter what day of the week, Monday-Saturday. They always say they are booked full and have no time. I have tried about 6 times over the past 9 months to try and get an appointment here, since I hate having to drive 30 minutes to my old salon after I moved. Really sad that even if I can 2 days ahead that I cant get any appointment in. Seems like they just arent staffed to handle any customers.
