Prestige got me up and going with quality internet when Vivint pulled the plug suddenly. Ive never had any single day of outage in over a year which is awesome. They are also very flexible regarding billing and contracts. Thanks Prestige!
Blows Hughes Net away! Went from 1200MS ping with Hughes Net (satellite) to a 75MS ping with Prestige Broadband.Michael and his team are awesome and we appreciate them. Theyre very professional and genuinely care about their clients. They even work late hours a lot of the time just to make sure their clients have service and are satisfied.Had to wait a few weeks to get on the schedule for install, but it was sooo worth it. Good pricing too!This company is up and coming, and my husband and I highly recommend them.
Great when it works but seems like they have 1 guy for their service and support, I get its new but when your in the canyon and you really on this there has to. E better communication
They have an answering service that always have an excuse as to why Prestige never picks up calls. I have tried for two weeks and have left multiple messages for someone to call me regarding pricing. As of today no one has bothered to return any of my messages. The website’s click here for pricing does not work.If this is what contracting with them for internet service is I feel bad for their customers
