Ive been very impressed with this UPS store. There is typically a short wait and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. On one specific occasion I was there for an Amazon return and was having a difficult time fitting my item (a high chair) back into the box. One of the employees took the time to help me out and was able to fit it in perfectly. I was so thankful for the help!
Ive been into this location a few times through the years and Ive always had a great experience. Its right on Springville Main St, and theres plenty of parking in front of the store, or about half a block north next to Central Bank.Theyre able to handle all sorts of print jobs (I used them once when I was officiating a wedding) and Greg is especially experienced with trickier requests.Ive also used them for shipping and returns and its always been a breeze. During the holiday season Ive seen a line form, naturally, but generally speaking the store stays relatively quiet so you get often get some nice one-on-one service that doesnt feel rushed. Most recently I worked with Christline who was friendly and made me feel very taken care of.All in all Ive always been impressed with this store. Its always organized and clean. Big thanks to the whole team out there!
All I got to say I know people will complain about the lines or need more staffs but I just got to say that the staffs are doing a great job and working hard and being patient with every customer they work with so keep up with the good job you guys if you need help with your boxes and any items sending to different state or anything it will be Greg he really good with things but if you really have any problems with mails or anything situation with a packages will be Kalissa she a good person to talk to and if you need any projects or anything done it will be Emeline she good with everything and those are my favorite peoples that will help you with anything so I appreciate for everything you guys do keep up with the good job you guys
The customer service that Springville UPS Store provides sets the standard for all businesses. While all the employees have been very friendly and helpful, Greg sets the bar very high. His customer service is bar none.Our father passed away after a brief illness and sooner than we anticipated. After meeting with the mortuary and wanting to have printed programs for his funeral, we felt the quoted price was too high from the mortuary and chose to have the UPS Store create and print them instead. Because we were up against a very tight time frame, we were concerned it wouldn’t work. After explaining our dilemma to Greg, he took it upon himself to make it happen. Greg stayed 3 hours after the store closed to complete our request. The quality and creativity of the program was exceptional and received a host of compliments by family and friends. We were touched beyond words and full of gratitude for Greg’s willingness to sacrifice his personal time during our time of grief and need to complete a business transition at the last moment. He truly went over and beyond what was expected.We wholeheartedly recommend your business to others with confidence that they will receive the same quality of service.
I have been in there several times and every time they greet me kindly and are working hard to help the long lines. I have brought in several boxes at a time with multiple return codes, and not once did they treat me like I was an inconvenience. I am very pleased with their service.

Spent over an hour getting a simple PMB because the staff member kept making mistakes, and even when asked by other staff members if she needed help, she refused. Today sent in a very simple print order, and after paying for it, the estimated date changed to the next day. Called in to cancel, and the same staff member answered and said she didnt know how to cancel it. She said that no managers were there nor picking up, but that I should come in on another day and sort it out myself. However, the order was due the next day and of course they wouldnt remember and would print it and keep the customer on the hook. The cancellation and refund request is documented in email today and better be seeing that promptly. Absolutely unprofessional. There is literally no option for the customer to cancel their print order online, and even customer support directs you to the local store for all order questions and cancellations. Wonderful to see managers who refuse to train staff or care for their stores and customers.
Always long lines. They need a person to be able to just scan amazon so those of us who are making a quick drop can do just that!
Constantly under staffed with lines of people out the door. Parking in front of the store is minimal at best. Good luck hauling that big heavy box from wherever you can find parking. Employees have no sense of urgency, and are down right rude, even to those of us who follow their COVID directions and requests. Worst UPS location I’ve had the privilege of experiencing multiple times now. After this last go round I’m going elsewhere.
Ive always had a great experience coming here. I came here to print out copies of my senior thesis, and Maddie took care of me quickly and with a smile. The copies came out very professional-looking.I also recently had to ship an Amazon return, and was helped by Eme at the front desk. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was happy to help with any questions I had.Clearly this place does a great job with customer service. Would recommend!

We have always had a great experience at this store! Weve been coming here for years and have always found the staff exceptionally kind, helpful, and competent at sending out packages or even doing faxes years ago. Recently Greg really helped us out as a Notary Public and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks for the consistent great service!
Worst customer service EVER!! I dropped off a package right when they opened. They explained that their system was down and couldnt take payment or enter it in, but they said they could take my phone and email and let me know when their system was back up and they could call me and take payment so they could send the package. THREE BUSINESS DAYS LATER, I receive a phone call at a time that I couldnt answer it. No message was left. I found out who it was and called them back 8 times (during business hours) before someone answered. The person answering the phone didnt know anything about the situation. He asked who left a message, when I told him no one left a message, he told me that couldnt be right. Seriously?!?! Eventually he found someone who knew something. When I asked why it took so long, she explained their systems had been down. Yes, I knew that, but it took THREE days to even call to fix the problem. I will not be visiting this UPS store again.
Great place to ship. The staff is fast friendly and make it easy for the customers. I like how they give me many shipping options, and help me find the best one for each situation. I hear their printing is great to, but I haven’t used them yet. I go here instead of the post office because they have more options and are so helpful.
Sooooooooo slow!!!! Although the staff is friendly, they never have enough people working. Every time I come here its a long wait. Today.... 48 minutes. Wish they never closed the Spanish Fork location!
Great customer service. I called ahead because it was close to closing and the associate with the purple hair still let me in even though it was 5:01 and was super courteous.
I usually really like this location for its prompt service and friendly employees. I wasn’t real impressed this last visit when I got there 5 minutes to close and the door was locked. They had a line of people still inside but didn’t want any additional people coming in. I live an hour away so it was important for me to be able to drop off my package. It was a scan and go so it wouldn’t have taken much time, we knocked on the door to be let in and it was after 5:00 before an employee came and opened it to let me drop it off. If you say you close at 5:00 then that’s when you should close not 5-10 minutes before 5:00 lock the door.
I had to ship a phone back to Verizon and an employee named Emeline made it a quick and easy experience. Much better than any other other time I have had to ship something. I will definitely keep coming back!

The manager was extremely helpful when I needed some paperwork mailed! She was extremely polite and energetic with helping me and performed with a smile! 10/10 would make the trip back even though I live in Orem now!

Reviews seem like to be either 1 or 5.For me it is 1. I asked them to have my package delivered overnight. I confirmed with them the package will get there by the next day. They said yes... then my package was sent via first class not, “express priority”. This made my package get there in 1-3 days. And it took the 2 days. Really caused some headaches for me.Doesn’t seem too hard to make sure you put it in the right package and mail type. Not impressed.

When Robert sold the store I thought it would remain good. Nope, the guy behind the desk wasnt even incompetent, he was below that. I sent in my document to be printed and a hour later he didnt know anything about it and didnt read the email because it said print in color. He brings me black and white. I waited 30 minutes and it was ridiculous. They charge to use their computers now and well I would rather go to the new FedEx in WalMart. Robert, why did you leave us? This store lost my business. They need to hire people who have an IQ above 1.

I took a package into ship out the employee told me $24 it would take six days it would be there on Monday July 5th or if you would like you can pay $50 and it would be there by Friday July 3rd so I went ahead and paid the $50 for the three day shipping my package didnt arrive for 6 days and theyre blaming it on the United States postal service I didnt take my package to the post office to mail it or send it I took a package to UPS they are the ones responsible for getting it there not the post office I would not recommend or count on Springville UPS to get your package somewhere on time theyll take your money and blame it being late on United States Post office

First and likely my last time to this store. Very unfriendly staff! The store wasnt handicap friendly. They stood there and watched me struggle with the front door. No button to push to open the door. The door has to be held open on the same side as my chair controls are on. Not fun at all! After letting the girl who helped me know that I couldnt hear well - she became irritated. She was so difficult to understand and hear. Its like they forget it is the customer who keeps them working. Too bad Spanish Fork UPS Store closed. Will have to try Payson next time. Or just use the U.S. Postal Service. They appreciate you no matter who or what you are.
For 15 years their team has provide me superlative, caring service, going above and beyond. They have earned my complete trust and loyalty and in great measure I owe the success of my consulting business to them. They have even delivered items to my doorstep after hours. Horrible, horrible service! We have had nothing but problems with the Spanish Fork store. We paid for 3 years to have a box with them and have now waited for 3 months to get the refund (because they closed the SF location) which has still not been processed. They were responsible for forwarding mail to our PO box which still isnt happening. When you call, the poor employees cant even answer a question because there is no communication with them. Beyond frustrated now. Having to ask to get this figured out this long is a joke. Just might have to go to corporate to get our refund.1/2/17 - Several calls were made by me personally to check if we had mail there. The answer was always no. Come to find out we had very important documents sitting there from November. We have come into you store to shipping packages with you sense then and were always told no mail/packages I get it is frustrating and the end of the year is hard for ALL of us. But this was from, like you said, November 3rd. Rufunds should have been done and given that closing day.
Top notch store! All of the staff are always positive, friendly, helpful and courteous! I have a mailbox here so I come in every week to get my mail and as I get ready to leave the store with my mail in hand usually one of the staff will have a plastic bag in hand ready for me to carry my mail in! Really great service with a smile and a cozy looking store too! I always open carry too and that is always fine with them with me being armed!

Christine is the girls name who was supposed to send an emergency package and charged me for overnight shipping and it wont be there for over three days, thanks for making me drive 7hrs to pay the movers because you cant do your job and overnight a check your incompetent

Really enjoy coming here. The staff are great. I even ran into a gal who works there at Walmart a while back, and she recognized me! Was impressed at how even out of context, they care about and recognize their customers.

I use the UPS springville store to get all my packages delivered. I use my basement as an office and I dont need to run to the door every time I get a package. (ok my gut says I do but leggs say NO!)Although more expensive than that of a PO box at the USPS, the store will take delivery of your items and mail and you can pick them up when you want to. Rather than have a driver leave them on your door step, or disturb you when your with clients.The other feedback left by the other guy says more expensive but that is true universaly when you do FED ex or UPS rather than USPS, which is not guarenteed but rather in 2-3 days. So if your looking to get it there by a certain time dont use USPS. if your looking for cheap then do them. I like the UPS store friendly employees, and I even got a chocolate gift from them in my box for christmas. I Liked that! Be aware that they close at 5 pm on Sat. but 7 other wise. closed on SUN. welcome to Utah! I love it here! you can get an after hours key to get to the BOX but you cant pick up your delivered big boxes as you have to then sign for them. if they fit in the key box then your ok but mine generally dont. great way to rid yourself of junk mail as well for ward your stuff to the UPS box and you wont get store mailers and such.
