This company was referred to us by a local dentist. In this entire Dental start up project, working with centriserve has been the most difficult and frustrating aspect. They had promised to come in and be done in a week. 4 weeks later they were still not finished. Our computers are not running dentrix or our imaging software properly. We have called and emailed for weeks and no one has replied. They said we had to pay for everything up front, so we did, but they have not completed to one thing that they agreed to. I cannot comprehend it at all. They seemed so nice on the phone. With a dental start up, I dont have time for this. I would recommend not using this company or at least not paying everything up front.
