Shelley is awesome!! She was wonderful to work with!! My son called me to get bailed out of jail, I got to the jail and he wasn’t able to be bailed out due to a warrant in another county. Shelley sat with me and explained the reasons why he wasn’t able to be bailed out and what I needed to do. Very friendly people quick service and not judgemental. I ended up having to bail myself out of jail for something stupid, my sister had to do it because they wouldnt let me do it myself and thats wrong. I guess they figure that if youre going to jump fail youll do it quicker if you held your own Bond then if a family member holds it.

I was impressed by how she treated me kindness and respect, explaining the process and giving me piece of mind amongst all the confusion of someone being jailed. She understood that bailing out my loved one was an unexpected expense and worked with me. She worked around my schedule, meeting me at the jail, having all paperwork ready to go. I couldnt believe between taking the kids to school and going to work I got it all take care of. In the past other services Ive used took all day and I had to go to them. I hope that I never have to bail anyone out again but I will know who to call.
