The staff has been great, they were able to accommodate us with an additional unit last minute. We were able to arrange rental and move in at end of the day with ease and convenience.We have two units both were clean and ready for move in. Prices were very reasonable, we trust the facilities security and the property is very clean and tidy.Thank you for your friendly staff and efficient service.

So glad people pay attention to reviews, I recommend avoiding this place! After several calls letting them that wed moved and that we needed our unit cancelled, it still hasnt been. After our most recent call, we just now received an email stating that they need us to fill out a lock cutting form or they will keep billing us. Theyve made $315 from us through miscommunication and making it difficult to cancel over the phone.

Just completed the online move-in. How convenient to sign the contract and pay all online. I also appreciated the confirmation phone calls and texts from Springville Self Storage.

Jacked the rates up twice in the first year... so, I called to notify that I was moving out, no one in the office to take my call, so I leave a message ten days prior to renewal, they said they did not pick-up the message till two days later, so they accused me of not giving 10 days notice and docked my deposit $15. Tried to reason with them, but was very rudely turned down. I will not recommend or do business with SSS again.

My daughter Jessica has had this storage units for about 2 years. I can’t even tell you guys how much better she felt having her stuff with you guys. She moved her stuff from another place and was always stress it was protected or watched over. She is always over at her unit and as a father it’s great knowing that she is also safe, since we live so far away. That’s for being amazing to her. Anyone needing storage unit come here no where else.

We needed to get some storage as we started a home remodel. It was super easy to get a unit, the rates are reasonable, and the site is both secure and clean. Its **so** much better than the storage sites weve used in the past (in Georgia), which always felt a bit sketchy. The staff have been pleasant, and its nice to have a small dolly that we can borrow if we need it.

Very friendly and kind. Only issue was a city power outage. One time the climate control was getting over 90 degrees. Once we let them know it was addressed that day. Clean property. Our stuff was safe, clean, and no bugs or mice. World store here again. We used them for 13 months while we sold one home and built another. Highly recommend!
