We bought a billboard truck, with the vinyl prints and a trailer. Renato and his team were very professional and honest throughout the process. Ray is a joke. He is a liar and a thief. He sold us junk he bought from alibaba and claims to know about LED when he knows nothing. He committed fraud by acting as an agent of our company to puchase a truck from a dealership. We are currently filing charges against him for this. He illegaly had the truck driven across state lines without plates and hired a guy from Craigslist to drive it. It has been over 2 months and the truck we paid $135,000 for has never worked one day since he dropped it in front of our location. Definitely beware of this fraud and cheat.

I have not worked with Raymond or Renato or whatever name he gives you, for buying a billboard truck. My experience is with Raymond thru eBay, where he won an auction to purchase a truck I was selling to turn it into one of his company’s billboards.After backing out of the original auction that Raymond (he told me his name was Renato) won after claiming an “emergency”happened, I told him I understand things happen and processed to repost the truck. Almost immediately after a new bidder put a bid on the truck, Raymond contacted me directly through text Message, to bypass ebay and buy directly. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable not giving the other bidder an opportunity to win the auction.The other buyer won the auction but After initial contact with The other bidder trying to set up pick up of the truck, the winner of the second auction became unreachable and an ebay unpaid case was opened and has since been closed.At this point I agreed to sell to Raymond via text message, he told me he would arrive on 11/27. When that day came, he again chose to ignore communication attempts on my part and was a no show.He then contacted me on 12/4 Saying he was on the road because he was delivering a truck to northern Minnesota and then renting a car to drive to Madison and would arrive on 12/7 to pick up the truck.In the following days including the day he was to arrive, again, my attempts to contact him were ignored as had previously happened.I estimate I have spent 10 hours between trying to accommodate and coordinate with a no-show Raymond and reposting the truck after he backed out of his original winning bid. I also took off work and lost wages on Friday 12/7 in order to accommodate Raymond’s scheduled arrival, and instead of communicating his intentions to me of not showing up, he simply ignored my many attempts to contact him.This seems to me, to be a very poor way of conducting business, and I would urge anyone considering working with him to use caution as I believe the above interactions are a reflection of his definition of business.I have included pictures of our text conversations and individuals can assess for themselvesYou are correct I did receive 200$ as a deposit for the truck, and it is still sitting in my driveway waiting for your guys to pick it up.Please allow me to post the pictures of our text messages and we can let your customers decide for themselves as to the validity of my claims.I can include our texts from today which have some more inconsistencies with your response to my original review.
