Theyre not very prompt you get told that your car will be in the next one up and it dont get in till later I got there at 11:00 theres only one person ahead of me and I end up getting out there at 5:00 very last person get out of there which is ridiculous I asked him why it took so long and they tell me theres people ahead of me which is not true because I was the second one there when they open the doors and I was the last one to leave and I didnt get out there till almost 5:30 which is ridiculous I asked him I was taking him so long they said that there was people there for 5 hours before me which is a lie they lied to you and tell you that its only going to be a short while and you end up spending the whole day there so dont believe anything they tell you! And I rate them a two star for not being very prompt and up to their word.

These guys were heroes today. Got a screw in my tire...called at 5:06 and they got me in and fixed my tire had me on my way by 5:45... Really exceptional! Definitely reccomend them for your tire needs.. priced some and Very competitive! Try them!

My husband and I have gotten several sets of wheels and tires from r n r and have had nothing but great experiences. The guys at this location and awesome and very helpful. I paid bi-weekly and forgot my payment when I went on vacation. Im not one to miss a payment but vacation week was hectic, life happens. However, I received an extremely rude and hateful text from the regional director. I refuse to be treated like that because I forgot to make a payment. I will tell anyone who asks to do business elsewhere until the regional account director is replaced.

The crew at the north glenstone store are very professional, friendly and treat you like family. Very honest and will go the extra mile to see you leave happy and satisfied.

Even though it took awhile due to they are short handed they were very nice and helpful trying to find me new rims for my truck.

I cannot STAND your commercial on the radio. I have to suffer through it while Im at work and I know one thing... I will never shop at R and R. Same with outdoor home and discount daves carpet. I dont know who decided it was funny or catchy to sing a terrible jingle on the radio and sound drunk doing it, but these three companies are on the bandwagon. They say any publicity is good publicity? if someone asks me where to get tires the first thing that comes to mind is to not go to r and r. Oof.

Terrible service. We have waited 3 hours (and counting) just to get them to fix what they messed up last time we were in here. Came in the first time with good alignment and no wobble in the car, left with rims and tires that werent what we want and a wobble and a pull. Also found out when we got home all of the tires were low. now before we go anywhere we have to tighten bolts underneath the car because the tires wobble so much they come loose. We didnt get what we paid for and now we have to sit here for hours while they stare at rims. They didnt order what we asked them to 3 weeks ago when we came in. We also called over the phone about ordering offset rims. They said we can come in early in the morning to get them on the afternoon truck the same day. We get here and they only do the tires and we also have to pay a $80-$100 shipping fee. The payment plan is awesome but id rather order offline than come here again. If i could give a 0 star rating i would.

3.5 stars. You pay extra for leasing cost, whether its 6 months or not. I got a set of wheels and tires for my mustang and the tires were more than the wheels and they are walmart tires. Wouldnt have minded paying extra for wheels but tires? That said they were very helpful and my wheels look even better than i thought they would. There warranty also seems good. Time will tell, will update accordingly..

This place is amazing. The staff was very nice. It’s very clean inside. I really liked the red and black chairs and decor. It’s also very kid friendly. I have 4 young daughters. While we were waiting on our brand new rims to be put on our tires and car, the girls played with the toys at RNR tires and watched tv. I would definitely recommend RNR tire express to friends, family and everyone. 😊

I would have loved to see their wheel selection. However, whomever writes the coding for their mobile website should be fired. I spent 45 minutes trying my best but always ended on a dead page with coding errors. The drop down menus along with so many other things simply dont work. Tried on both an Android and an Iphone, same issues. Obviously we are going to shop somewhere else where we can actually see their inventory online. Lost business over something so simple is a fail all around, we were genuinely excited to see what they had to offer.

It was a great experience...they were more than helpful answered tons of questions gave me information that i needed that i wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. And i was late for my appointment which caused them to stay later and they had no problem doing so and were still outstanding. The best experience ever

I made 75% of the payments on time or in advance and I was less than 24 hours late on a payment 3 months in because I was out of town and they called me 16 times in In that time period I went and paid it off the next day just because Im not getting deal with that kind of disrespect I will never go back to them again the only upside is my tires are still round

I bought my truck tires from and they were professionals with me and our van needed new tires so they were my #1 choice. Free rotation and alignment on Bothell vehicles for as long as you own the tires.

Bought a set of 4 all terrain tires and was told they were under warranty. I got 2 flats within about a week if each other and took them back up there to get patched. They said because I bought all terrains the warranty was no good after I paid them off. After I got into it with them they said they would replace one (and they did) but they couldnt patch the other one because it had been drove on while flat (not for very far. About 20 feet). They then changed their mind and told me they could replace the other one as well. When I went up there to get it replaced he gave me the run around and changed his story again saying that he would have to charge me for the tire because his boss said he couldnt give me it for free after he had already told me it would be replaced at no cost about 2 days before that. Basically if you need tires and dont have the money up front its a good deal but dont expect good customer service or to be told the truth

This place is awesome when you buy a set of tires its 180 days same as cash plus u get free tire rotation free alignment and 1 year of road side assistance and free repair for the life time of your tires! Ive had my tires paid off for almost 2 years and I was starting to get a flat this morning and they are fixing it now for free! They have good tire brand and good prices and if your the flashy type they have several choices of rims that you can make payments on as well!

I understand that it can be more expensive this route vs outright buying 4 tires. I just didnt have that luxury. These guys were awesomen to work with and even after only a short amount of time I hit a snag and they worked with me and understood my situation. As long as I stay in communication with them all is well. I recommend these guys, they will work with you. Just understand all the ins and outs and youll be fine.

I bought a new set of tires and the next day I had a flat, and because i signed up to be on their program I was able to get it fixed for free. Im happy i got on the program because I was on the fence about if it was worth it. But in the end it totaly was.

I was referred by my friend to go here. Im glad I did. The customer service was excellent. The genuine care showed through the way they spoke to the way they dressed. The establishment was clean and tidy, especially for a tire place. I was offered refreshments 3x lol finally got some coffee, which that area was clean as well. The paperwork process was a breeze and done at the same time of my car being worked on so that sped up the time as well. I appreciated the cool seating area too. Greatest experience Ive had at a tire place!

This place does not care about their customers!! I drove all the way from Branson to R and R, just to be turned away after asking if I could purchase one single new tire. Which led me to the conclusion that and R and Rs advertisements on the radio were just a gimmick. I was then told by an associate to go to a place called Joes tire instead if I wanted to buy a single tire. Come to find out Joes tire does not exist! I would not recommend R and R to anyone who values their time and money.

This place has helped me so much in the past. I live paycheck to paycheck and havent been able to pull 600 bucks out my butt... this place has saved me so much and the employees here are so wonderful... helpful and total sweethearts. Just call them and they be there for you

Had a great first experience at RNR. So I had picked up a nail in my tire yesterday. I thought I would run by a local discount store to get it looked at after work. To my surprise it was going to take like three hours to get it in. No thanks!! My son says hey RNR is right across the street just go over there. 10 minutes later I am driving away from RNR with a patched tire. Wow!!! Excellent customer service.I couldnt have had a better experience!!Thanks again RNR!!

These guys are great! Not only for their services but also their attitude towards their customers. They are always helpful and polite and put their customers first. I have never been treated with anything but respect. I recently got behind on my payment and Rick Young went out of his way to help me out, even though he didnt have to. They also provide roadside assistance with the rims we purchased that was fast, and helped me more than once! Anything tire related, these guys are the ones to call!

Awesome tires and rims... After 3 hours of the paperwork and being a new customer the rims were on in 15 minutes which was awesome... However they did not balance or align and with used rims... But there is a warranty! Great place

I spoke with Steve last week and he was very helpful with how fast they could get my tires in! Today I was ready to order but Steve was off so Cody took care of me! I called at 0930, they got them from the warehouse, appointment at 1300 and I was on my way home by 1400!!! They are beyond friendly!!!! I will be back!!!

Today on my way to work my tire blew on the side of 65. I did not have a spare tire and I did not have a jack with me. I called my father to tell him what happened and he took it upon himself to get a replacement tire for me while I was at work. As a single mother I assured him Id pay him back on my next paycheck.My dad first went to WalMart where he was told it was a 3 hour wait and he of course wasnt willing to wait that long. He saw RNR across the road and went theres instead.My dad was greeted by a young man named Jacob. Jacob was so helpful and helped my dad find a used tire as buying a set of 4 is how they sell the new ones. Not only did he work an amazing deal for my dad for two tires but he went above and beyond to make sure everything was car ready by the time my dad got back to my vehicle.Thank you Jacob and RNR for everything. You have blessed me beyond words and your kindness will not be unnoticed. I promise we will be buying our tires through you from now on.

The process of filling out the application and getting a quote was quick and easy. I enjoyed my experience and service they provided for me. Answered all my questions. Gave me a great deal for an excellent price. I will refer anyone I know who needs tires to RNR.

The payday loan of the tire industry. I called today to get a quote on tires that I planned on buying out right. The guy told me that it would be 1400-1700 dollars for tires that are an average of 160 dollars a tire. I realize that they have to make money and everything but to charge double the price is crazy. This would be my last choice for tires, they like to take advantage of people who need tires. I like they offer payments and they have to make money on that. But again to charge double the price of the tires even to buy them outright is dang near highway robbery. Shop around before you agree to their crazy pricing.

It had a pleasurable atmosphere. The sale person were all friendly. The only thing I wish the sale person would had spent more time with me and explain what type of tires I was getting. Other then that they made my purchase easy, quick & no hassle.

My mom went here two years ago to get tires. While she was still paying them off she kept having trouble with one tire that kept losing air. She took it to them and they told her nothing was wrong with it. She has since paid them off and is having to air that one tire up even more frequently. So she went to discount tires and they told her the inner wall had no tread on two tires and that there was a nail in one she wasn’t having issues with. RNR never said anything about her tires being bad when she went there to get them rotated and checked. Discount tires were kind enough to give her two new tires for 97 becuase she couldn’t afford to have another payment and patch the tire with the nail for free. I suggest everyone take their business to discount tires. They’re so kind and are HONEST with you.

I paid almost $800 for 4 new tires and it took them 5 hours to get them installed. I also requested the alignment but they could not manage to get to it even though its part of the package purchase and said I would have to schedule it some time next week. Dont plan to use this company again and wont recommend to others.

I love my boys at RNR! I been a customer since they opened this is my 3rd set of wheels and they always and I mean always take care of me! I got there a little after noon and had to wait for about 4 hours due to them being so busy but they made my time go by fast by talking to me and even Rick knew I hadnt eaten and went to lunch and when he got back he handed me a burger n fries! I felt so homered and appreciated! And of course my boy Jacob hooked me up! My car looks great and I know if I ever have any problems he will make sure I am taken care of!
