I brought my stock 2005 4Runner Limited into George Hall and team at Exline Off Road (EOR) for some modifications and upgrades. George and Natalie walked me through a number of options, and were very cooperative and understanding as I worked through what I wanted to do. We decided on an Icon Stage 2 Suspension System with Billet Upper Control Arms, Nitto Ridge Grappler LT285/70R17 tires and Black Rhino Barstow wheels as the best all-around kit for my needs. All in all, it took about 1.5 days to get my rig back. The only problem is I didn’t have enough money to upgrade the front with a grill and add a rear bumper with hinged spare tire carrier. That just means I’ll be back to Exline Off Road soon! For now, I’m out on the trails of the Shenandoah Valley and West Virginia slowly earning my pinstripes!

Like everyone with a Jeep, I wanted to get my Jeep lifted without breaking the bank. I did some research and was actually going to go somewhere else (price). Before I could make the appointment, I ran into a guy driving down the road, and we actually stopped and talked a little about his Jeep. He HIGHLY recommended Exline Off Road, and suggested I talk to George. After getting in touch with George and explaining what we wanted; we got the ball rolling. They ordered the parts and told us that they would be in touch when everything got in. The day came, we dropped off our Jeep, and waited the day or two that was expected. After getting started on the lift, George realized that one of the boxes didn’t have the correct components; he called the manufacture, and with COVID there was going to be a delay. Our, one-to-two-day job, was now projected out a couple weeks.I give the whole story for context, and one thing that I learned about Exline, and especially George; he wasted no time informing us, and ran several options by us to help the situation. I am writing this review to simply say, most companies will do the job fine. However, how they treat their customers IF anything goes wrong, really shows their character. My wife and I are absolutely happy with the lift, Exline Off Road, and George, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! They did an amazing job on the lift, and was very professional and first class, they definitely know what they are doing, and anyone that goes there to get work done will be in very good hands!

Outstanding business with experts of leveling kits and lift kits. Many other services provided. Thanks to Natalie, Liz, Greg, and the US Marine technician that installed my leveling kit. Did not think it was possible to make my 2020 Ford F-150 King Ranch look better, but it really does! If you have any needs for your truck or SUV, do not hesitate to visit this place of business. Exline off-road is fantastic, George really knows off road. I went in looking for a leveling kit and he explained everything to me. He laid out my options, and made recommendations. Simply phenomenal. George probably spent 10+ hours on the phone with me and exchanging emails before I pulled the trigger on an IVD Stage 3 for my Toyota 4Runner. Not only was George patient, understanding and kind but never was condescending or tried to take advantage of somebody new to overlanding. George also honored a price on the lift after it went up during scheduling and is truly a man of his word. I will only be back here for any mods to my truck. George was really patient in helping me select the right equipment for my truck. Having never lifted a truck before, I was concerned about the ride quality etc. and I struggled with the wheels. 5 stars all around! I just purchased a new truck and Exline added a lift, and new wheels and tires. I have been so impressed with the quality of work, and the drivability of the truck is unbelievable! You honestly wouldn’t know you are in a truck, but think you are in a luxury SUV. I also returned to have a tonneau cover put on, and the process was so easy. Everyone was pleasant, and George (owner) is beyond helpful and friendly. I will definitely return for all of my truck needs!

I spent a good bit of time trying to research and find a reputable off-road shop near me to re-gear my JK. I chose Exline based on the reviews and the friendliness of Liz on the phone. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule since my Jeep is my daily commuter. George is friendly, knowledgeable and understands exactly what I want and what I need. The work was clean, completed as promised, on time, and at a fair price. I will be returning to Exline Off-Road for all my future Jeep and truck performance and suspension work.

I used Exline to put a lift on my Jeep, and get some new wheels and tires put on as well. From the start I wasn’t completely sure on what exactly I wanted, but George was nothing short of excellent in helping me decide what to get based on my needs. With some parts having a lead of over 3-4 weeks, he was quick to look into a ship time of other manufacturers without a decline in quality. Once all of the parts arrived at the shop, George got me in in three days and completed the job the same day i brought it in. If you’re looking for a shop with fair prices and great customer service, Exline is the shop for you.

If you’ve never heard of Exline, definitely check them out. Their staff is friendly and great to work with. They just finished up a Carli Suspension on my 19 Ford F-250 and it turned out amazing! They were fair on pricing and do top notch work. Exline is definitely a high-end business for all your vehicle needs, both service and off-road builds. Highly recommend George and his team.

Have gone here on 2 separate occasions and have been very happy with the service and professionalism. George takes the time to walk you through what needs to be done and why, and takes a holistic approach which I greatly appreciate (start with the most basic and go from there). Had my suspension redone on a GX470 from front coilovers to converting the rear air bags to coil springs and am very happy overall. Great customer service, fair prices, knowledgeable.

Great experience from start to finish. I had no clue what I wanted and/or needed. I am very new to the big truck game. I wish I had more experience with 7 ReadyLifts. -George Hall, OwnerOn 8/31/20 I took my brand new $65,000 F150 to Exline to have them install a 7 lift kit. I paid for high performance Bilstein shocks, but they installed low quality ReadyLift shocks. This was supposedly not intentional. George claims he received the wrong ones. As a result, my truck had ridiculous bed hop to the point it was unsafe to drive. After voicing my concern to the staff at Exline, one of the mechanics suggested I have traction bars put on and that would help. I took his advice and gave Exline another $1000 dollars to install the traction bars. They did nothing to improve the bed hop. I let George know and he suggested we go on a test ride together. It was during that test drive he could tell something was clearly wrong and told me he wished he had more experience with 7 ReadyLifts. After the drive, George got out and inspected underneath my bed. It was then that I learned the Bilstein shocks had not been installed on the initial build date. George told me he would contact his source and have the Bilstein shocks delivered. That was 12/2. On 12/10 I hadnt heard anything from George so I had to email him for an update. He informed me he was waiting to hear back from his vendor. On 12/14 George let me know ReadyLift would be shipping out the correct shocks and he would tell me when he had the tracking #. Four days went by and I heard nothing so I emailed him again. George emailed back relaying that they would be in the following week, but that he was going on vacation for two weeks and insisted on being there on 1/4 when the new shocks got put on. I emailed him setting clear expectations of what I wanted to be fixed (it was more than just the shocks and track bars, but this review is already too long). I also told George I wanted my thousand dollars back for the track bar job. He said we could discuss the refund on Monday.Today, the correct shocks were finally put on my truck and I also had Exline remove the pointless traction bars. Last night at a quarter till midnight, George emailed me to tell me he got back later than intended from vacation and wanted to get a covid test before going back to work. He was unable to get a covid test today so he never showed up at the shop. I still have not heard a word from him since his email last night. When I got to Exline to pick up my truck, Natalie had a check for the full amount of the track bar job waiting for me.So here we are 4 months later, 5 or 6 trips to Exline and my brand new truck is finally drivable. It no longer acts like a seesaw when I go over bumps and the back end doesnt slide out, but the steering wheel is still off center when I drive a straight line (another problem I asked them to fix). George is going to blame this on my dads buddy jacking up the rear control arm an inch even though his mechanic, Dylan, told me there was no way possible that couldve caused any damage. George also told me he had Dillon thoroughly inspect for damage and there was none.Liz and Natalie at the front desk are awesome, but unfortunately thats the only nice thing I have to say about Exline. I will not be returning.UPDATE: I brought my truck to Advanced Automotive in Chantilly and they were able to fix my steering wheel/alignment issue. Unlike Exline, they actually took my truck out and test drove it after they ran the specs.

Just prior to going on a long planned hunting trip to Maine, I found I had broken the right front coil spiring on my 03 Tundra. Getting a replacement strut from Fox (or anyone else) online was not happening in that time frame. I was out of luck. I called George and he was able to locate a set of Icon 2.5s and get them shipped and installed in time to save our trip. This shop is great at communicating with their customers and showed great knowledge and patience dealing with pretty stressed out customer. While we waited for the struts, George was able to replace a worn out steering rack, install Camberg upper control arms (wishlist check), and dial in the brake system. Outstanding job overall and reasonably priced. Ill be back for future upgrades I have planned!

I cannot fully express the outstanding service and quality I received from George and his entire team! I initially only went in to get a quote for a lift, tires, and wheels for my 2019 Ram with no intention of doing any work for another 6 months. After George provided hands down best customer service I have ever experienced walking me through all the different options and looks available I decided to go ahead right then and there with the work. They had the parts ordered and installed within a week. They did such a great job on my truck I took my wife’s Jeep in the next week to get work done. Had them install a new exhaust on my Raptor and a cold air intake to go with it. What a great team to work with! Prices were extremely competitive and they did all the heavy lifting to get the parts I wanted for my Raptor. I especially loved their new messaging system. It was great to know when the techs were starting each project so I could plan my day accordingly. It was awesome not being glued to my phone waiting to find out my truck was done!

I was referred to George by another shop when I was looking for a place to add suspension upgrades on my truck. Exline Off Road completed all work on time and within estimated costs. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and mechanics do it right. If something comes up they reach out to manufacturer of aftermarket parts and kits for technical assistance and kept me informed on progress. A lot of places claim to understand special or complicated suspension components or set ups, but Exline does and that makes all the difference.

I would highly recommend doing business with this offroad shop. Ive used a couple of other offroad shops and I never go the feeling that i got at Exline. Usually places make it seems like you inconveniencing them to bring your truck in and to try to talk about what you want to do and what prices you will pay without buying anything right then and there. I cold contacted Exline and was able to talk to George the owner about lift kits for my truck and tires. There was no pressure and he was honest about what i really need. I knew right then that this company will be doing all the customization on my truck going forward. While saving for the lift kit, I ordered a custom exhaust kit and had them install it along with a custom exhaust tip (all blacked out exhaust). They were able to install in for minimal price and make it look awesome on my F150. They work quickly and even emailed me all the work orders and invoices right to my email. Just give them a call and tell them what you are thinking and you wont regret talking to these friendly folks.

This place is a hidden gem! The whole staff was amazing and their work is too! George sat with me for over an hour to make sure I understood everything and that I got what I wanted. Gabe did my installation and did an amazing job. I got a six inch fab tech lift, Fuel wheels, 35” Toyos, and a custom flow master exhaust. They got me scheduled incredibly fast and even thought it snowed for two days they still finished on time. I’ve had lifted trucks since 2000 but this one is by far my best one! Exline is full of trustworthy folks who do excellent work at fair prices. Definitely recommend to a friend and family.

First - I was referred by a friend to check this place out to install a ICON stage 5 suspension kit. I called and spoke to Liz and she advised that George is out sick and to email him she said he answers them pretty quick. I emailed twice and never recieved a response. I called the next day and was told that he was really really sick. He was unable to get to all the emails and he was currently under a vehicle. I never recieved a call back and I called a hr before closing. I asked if he had a moment to talk and George said I guess I have a moment He looked it up and quoted me 1100 dollars. I advised that i think thats more than i expected and I stated Im going to pass. I feel he quoted me that high because he was annoyed that I kept calling. That to bad they lost my buisness when i even advised that i was building an overland truck and this is just the start. This is also how they treat referred customers.

They do a wonderful and very professional job. The people there were very nice and helpful.
