The trash service itself is great - always on time and friendly. The office staff will hardly ever answer their phone. We call literally 30-40 times throughout a day trying to pay for our service and never get an answer. How do you provide a service that people pay for, but yet can’t answer the phone to receive payment..?! GET AN ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL - GET WITH THE TIMES.

Excellent company and always on time even on holidays, no games like others in the area. So glad I found them, they even took a king size mattress away once, lifesaver. The one bad review from mo rice should be deleted because this is 5 star service and every other review proves that.

This company is great! I recommend them to anyone looking to switch service. Any time I’ve called they answer right away or call me back immediately. I’ve been using them for a few months now and they’re always here first thing in the morning on their scheduled day. I looked at all the trash places in town and nothing beat this company. Free recycling service is the best thing especially when you first move into a house, why pay extra for someone to pick up the recycling the same time they’re getting your trash?

Very rude and unprofessional. The service took the trash out of the trash can and placed on the side of the road when they took my trashcan. VERY RUDE over the phone like they hung up on me. 😅 When I was anything but rude.

My last trash company continued to raise my rates every quarter and I finally stopped being lazy and looked for a new company. Found Pendergrass, read the reviews and decided to give them a chance. So glad I did. They answer the phone when you call. Their rates are great. They delivered my new can at no charge and on time. Im almost through my first month with them and I am 100% satisfied Im currently trying to get a hold of my last company to dispute my last bill to them that is wrong and no one will answer the phone. Go with Pendergrass, you wont be sorry.

I have not been with the company, but maybe 3 weeks or so now. They have been very professional and have gone above and beyond what i had expected in a trash company. Even though i have had trash outside of my can they have taken it for me. They were quick to provide me with a second can even through this pandemic. I would recommend them to anyone over the other trash services that i have used in the past

I have used Pendergrass for quite some time. They are very nice on the few occasions Ive called them and they are like clockwork and never miss a pickup. Reasonably priced and dont constantly raise prices like some Ive had in the past. Highly recommend them for your trash service.

We have used them for only a few months but they have been so pleasant to us. We needed some special pick ups and the were always punctual. Very responsive and reasonably priced!

After being in Springfield for over 2 decades I wish I had found Pendergrass Trash sooner!! They are always on time and have never missed a pick up, even on holidays!!! I have never had an issue and they are always polite when calling to make a payment. I would recommend them over WCA and Republic trash a thousand times over!

We switched to Pendergrass a while back for both our residential service and service at a rental property. Unfortunately we moved to Willard, so now we only have service with them at our rental. Their service is far beyond other companies. I would have them today at my house if they serviced Willard. The monthly billing is also fantastic!!

This company is so much better than the past 3 providers. They are WAY cheaper, run on holidays, are very professional, and make paying my bill so much easier.

They do a fantastic job of getting the trash and Im very happy with the customer service as well.
