LOWEST prices around! BUT more than this...STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I rented two dumpsters within a couple of weeks of each other. The customer service was second to none. Courteous, conscientious of my needs, and respectful toward me are just a few of the things I can think of to say about the people I spoke to on the phone. The gentlemen who came to drop and pick up the dumpsters were so polite and friendly. The send person was so concerned about my lawn, explaining how he knew it would kill my grass and telling how beautiful my lawn was he felt terrible dropping the dumpster where I was asking him to, but I assured him I had no other choice, he was a gem!! I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Clean dumpster, drop off was very professional and you cant beat the 14 day time frame, you dont need to rush. I will always use Chets.

I called the office to put in a note for the driver to call me where to drop dumpster never got a call.dumpster gets dropped off at a different address then I get a call from the your office that I didn’t get permission to drop a dumpster at the property. then being told if I don’t be at the correct location in 20 min the driver will do his job of dropping it off very rude.was told pickup was going to be tomorrow which really wasn’t.All the way was having problems good price bad experience.Bad communication skills because of this will never use again

Very easy drop off and removal. We designated the exact area for the dumpster to be delivered and we didnt have any problems! The driver was speedy and efficient with both the the drop off and removal. A real professional. We ended up extending our time, and this was easily managed via email. Although faxe to face contact is certainly nice, if you have any concerns with the current pandemic, our experience was completely contact free, except for email. I would HIGHLY recommend Chets for your dumpster needs.

I rented a medium size dumpster from them, to help with an estate cleanout. They were professional, punctual, and extremely competent, able to place the dumpster in a very tight spot with speed and ease.
