Called Robert requesting quote to cut down and remove tree from our backyard.He showed up the same evening & said he could take care of it the same week.I said I still needed to get other quotes but would let him know the next day(which I did).No show that week. I called and he responded that he had to take care of other people trees due to storms. He said it would be Friday or Monday. I texted him regarding schedule of my removal(No response). Same story when I called again however he said it could be Tuesday. I told him never mind I would get someone else to do the work.He told me I was pushing the envelope and he hung up.

Robert Throop was very professional and extremely responsive. Received call back, estimate and work in same day! Granted it was good timing in between jobs, but he still came ready to work! Gave me a great price and trimmed the tree exactly as I explained. His crew was professional and did great clean up! Will definitely use for my next tree trim!

Don’t waste your time, he will waste it for you. He seemed like such a nice guy so I stuck around... but now, 2 months later I still have a tree and was told to find someone else. If he didn’t want to do the work, he could have just told me from the start.

Came out and gave an estimate and was here within the week. Cleaned up so well I couldnt even tell I had had huge piles of branches in my area. Will definitely call them again.

I tried to use (Rob Throop) Expert Tree Care co. starting in May. I was given a price by Rob and told they would be at my home the next day...they no called and no showed!! I called to follow up and was told due to recent storms I needed to reschedule. The tree didn’t need to come down right away and I knew there were others who needed immediate assistance so I didn’t squabble, just asked that we “stay in the rotation”. After several weeks I recontacted Rob who said they were still very busy, I was still on the list! Rob promised to do a good job and thanked me for my patience. Some ten days ago I contacted Rob to find when they were coming out. Rob showed up at the house again looked at the tree, said they would be at the house the very next day and that he wanted cash when done. I didn’t have a problem with that and agreed. Well we all know the rest of the story...he didn’t show up and pulled yet another, no call no show.If ya didn’t want the work, all ya had to do is say so.Don’t trust Expert Tree Care to take out your garbage!

I have used expert tree service a handful of times for both personal and business. Rob, the owner and his crew have always done a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them!
