The crew here is very professional and quick to deal with your needs. Also they provide you with excellent service. Morgan at their rental center on Cottage Street is extremely pleasant also is the crew at the main office on Cadwell Street. They offer many kinds of trailers for lease or purchase.

Very disappointed with dealership! Will never buy from them ever again or refer anyone to them. Sales staff refuses to accommodate customer. They refused to stay late to allow us to pick trailer up. Promised to park trailer outside gate for us to pick up after hours and neglected to do so. Trailer was buried in back of yard making it impossible to pull out. They promised to have trailer brand new condition upon delivery and to replace a recap that was bad. Instead they removed all good tires of trailer and put garbage tires on it. Needless to say trailer failed nys inspection. They also disconnected abs sensors. All in all our experience with Hale was horrible! Stay away from Hale trailer sales
