Shawn and his staff are great and very knowable.

I used Shawn for several years and met with him several times discussing different aspects of my business. I decided to start a new company and needed some help figuring out some details and when I reached out to him, he never responded. It was time sensitive, so a week later I reached out to him again, only to have him tell me that he couldnt answer questions for a non client. I was a client and had paid for services in the past. Maybe cpas do things differently, but seems odd that in order to get advice from a cpa, you have to be in constant contact or maybe constantly paying every time you speak. Disappointed and would not recommend.
