There was no interview, no explanations, no congeniality and at the end of our time, a seemingly made up cost for services with no explanation of what it was for or how it was calculated. My husband and I sat in silence for an hour with anxious anticipation. We were newlyweds with questions about how to file and left feeling confused and overwhelmed with the lack of professionalism of our experience. Horrible experience! Do not pay for this service.
