They really help you with more than just taxes and payroll. They always answer my questions without hesitation. Great company and definitely worth using.

Heres the facts. They will do the best they can for you. I had a few heated discussions with tax preparer but in the end it was great. I am not related to them either. The down side of the bean counter is that they are too EXPENSIVE.

Hard time getting a phone call back after leaving several messages. Never did get a call back. Prices are incredibly high for minor getting simple taxes done. My fault though, I should have called around.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HAD TO ASSIST THE TAX AGENT ON GETTING ME A CORRECT REFUND AFTER PAYING $160.00. THE AGENT I WORKED WITH WAS UNAWARE OF TAX CREDITS AND PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME WHEN I WAS IN FACT CORRECT. I SPOKE WITH DENISE ABOUT THE ISSUE (THE OWNER) AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME
