Im not convinced theyre there to serve anyone but themselves. Im not going to go into details, as it pertains to private information, but I will say they really dont seem to care much about helping people get all of the child support theyre entitled to.One lady working in the Springfield office seemed to have a little bit of compassion ... but only a little bit.

My ex hasnt paid his child support in almost a year and this office has done nothing but schedule and then reschedule court dates that he doesnt show up to.
