Very poor customer service also very poor management I will never spend my money here again

One of the most expensive goodwills Ive ever been in . They had alot of new items and marked very expensive .

My friend & I shop in both stores in Springfield on Weds. We get a Senior Discount & great deals. Nice people, & helpful when you ask. Some employees Ive known for years!

Looks like it isnt much from the street, but it was a happy surprise for us. Clean and well organized. They had a huge book section and we found lots of good ones. No furniture here but lots of nice housewares. One star off because we had to ask for a key to use the bathroom, but everyone was nice.

I go here as often as I can. I almost always leave with a new unique treasure, or a comfy pair of jeans. Plus, the employees are great!!

Clean and a fairly good selection. A little small place but nice for a small city.

Although the building is in poor shape due to the landlords failure to invest in his property, the store is clean and Ive found amazing items.
