My developmentaly delayed granddaughter is now 20 years old. Her social worker scarcely checks up on her and she needs something in her life she would enjoy and learn. Nobody ever returns calls. I talked to Mr. Amen last Thursday and he was supposed to get back in touch with me. I really do not know what your staff does during the day. The SSA we have is worthless and haven’t heard from her in like forever. She definitely has never had my sister’s best interest at heart. Where are the competent professionals !
