The people there act like they judge you

The first two times I got food from here it was good but the last two times I have been getting molded outdated food. Will never get food here ever again, you’re supposed to help people in need but instead you give me rotten food that could make me sick. Shame humans don’t care about other humans anymore.

These people do everything in their possible to help whomever is in need

Took my disabled mother to get some help with groceries. its always hard to ask for help, but they made her feel like putting her pride to the side was worth it. The volunteers were super super nice!! She got the staples food for her kitchen she desperately needed. I seen milk, eggs, potatoes, and cereal. not sure what else she was gifted but I know it very well may have saved her this month.Thank You!!!!!

They do a lot of good, for a lot of people.A great place to volunteer time, even with kids!

I fell on a hard time and the people here were very helpful. You need to bring your social and a piece of mail. You get all sorts of stuff...from produce...to soup...to diary...and even a roll of toilet paper. They help take everything to your car. They are VERY nice as long as youre nice. They dont make you feel bad for getting into a spot where you just need some extra help...thats what theyre there for.

Was good. Got quite a bit of stuff and it wasnt on the best day of the month to go there. Certain days are better. You get morebut still Pretty Good!

Very wonderful place and staff really go above and beyond to help those in need. Only thing Id change is definitely doing drug testing on those there for community service as I know one woman age 35 was on drugs and drinking as well before entering the building for her community service. But other than not screening the community service people completely this is a very wonderful place for people in need.

The workers are amazing people who always deserve to be thanked greatly. They work hard and fast and rarely get breaks. Food is great., if you are really in need of food. By far the most given in Springfield

Everybody is always so kind there and helpful and I dont need a food bank very often but I couldnt find a nicer place then cross lines to go to when you need help

Good customer service. Some time you will have a grump volunteer but most of the time they are cheerful. You will need your social security card, photo ID and a current piece of mail. Additional you will need to know how much your paying in rent and utilities. If you receive SSI you will need to know the exact month you receive each month.

People willing to help others that qualify for services.. Even if you over qualify for daily, weekly, or monthly services, if you over qualify they will still help for Christmas assistance with some leeway.. Thank you.

Wonderful community resource! They offer food packages, work resources, and clothing vouchers to local families and even travel to mobile locations. Also a wonderful place to serve and give back to the community.The 2nd Monday of every month, they have Commodity Only day, so if your need is greater go on a different day. Youll get twice as much food, generally, on the days they give food from the church as well.

This is a good place! The staff and volunteers are the best! Every community needs an organization like Crosslines!

Minimal wait in a small room, was kinda hot, room got filled up a few times with people and their kids. The helpers were very nice informative and helpful picking out what I needed and what I could get. Got at least a weeks worth of groceries potatoes were bad had things growing out of them threw them out, a few other things expires in a few weeks but theyll be eaten so no worries. This was my first time needing assistance. So glad its here for us its a big blessing. Oh another strange thing is the bread being in a ziplock bag hope people washed their hands... Thanks for the help you guys once Im back on my feet Ill send a nice donation. God bless!

Ive been here before but had a problem with not having all the right documentation proving where I lived before and had no way to feed kids. That was years ago though. I wonder if they are still as strict because we live out of our truck when were dont have a couch or floor to sleep on somewhere. Someone broke into my truck and stole everything including my social security card and my ID. We obviously dont have mail stating where we live either. I only have my birth certificate now and wonder if that would work until I get money to get ID again. Being hungry SUCKS.

Awesome nonprofit meeting daily needs of many in the community. Organized and working with other nonprofits to make sure no one needs to be homeless or go without food.

It was wonderful.☺. The people were very nice and helpful.👍. My husband had signed up for a senios box and I never thought he would get it but they called and said that he had one there and he would need to come and get it but my husband is on oxygen and could not go to get it so I went in his place and while I was there I got to go thru the food pantry and get some food as well 😀.

They got you in and out quick and alot of food.

Helpful for small families. Just not enough funding for larger ones. One trip is not enough for a weeks time with a family of four or more

I work for a company here in town. My client has had issues with her her name being mixed up with someone else here in town. I went today and I could get food but not her senior box. Its been 6 mo that they havent got the problem solved with changing her name. Everyone was very nice and was helpful beside this women named babi. She was very rude towards me as well as my client . I think if u are helping ppl in need that you should try to have a caring heart towards others.

If youre a few dollars short for groceries Crosslines is a really good place they help a lot of people and their food is good also that they give out

This is a great charity organization that helps the community. Just make sure ya bring a recent piece of mail, your ssn for everyone in the family and your state id card that has your current address.

This is a really awesome place to go when youre in some desperate need of food it just sucks because you get to sit in a room filled with people that smell horrible but that does not reflect on the business thats the people

Great experience with Crosslines. People are very friendly and helpful there.

My brother and his wife, then my ex(the childrens father) both illegally used my kids information to receive help. Last time I was there was 7 years ago. I was told a month ago I would need to bring in legal paperwork to prove custodial rights to my kids they claimed illegally and I was ineligible for help. Spent 30 minutes waiting to speak to management yet no one came. Really not impressed.

We come here because they have a good food pantry and they are always nice and they dont treat you like a poor person

Cross lines being a Church and all, you would think that in a families time of NEED for food they wouldnt tell you that you MAKE TO MUCH for help!! My husband is on salary and I only work 9 hours a week! We have $1,541.00 in bills every month. We dont qualify for food stamps. We buy food with what cash we have. We have a child also. I went there the other day for help. She only wanted rent amount and electric amount. Anyways we make to much is what she told me to receive help. She did how ever let me get a FEW things to eat. I was given 2 days worth food and dont get paid til NEXT Friday. churches should help WITHOUT being incomes based. Were not rich by any means. We live payday too payday.

1/08/2020 well we got there at a little after 10 am today and had to wait for an hour and a half just because it was full but I still got my food.
