I dont ship a lot, but when I do they are always friendly and efficient.

Do not depend on having a package arrive on time if you have multiple packages coming from UPS in the same week. They will wait until the last package arrives and bundle it all together for a one round trip. Doesnt matter if you get the express delivery or not. I am out almost $200 in the past 2 weeks on shipping costs and will NEVER arrive in the alotted time. Fed Ex and DHL are more dependable!

Yeah they do nothing for you at this location, maybe theyre all like this, IDK. You would think you could get a box here, nope. You might think ok got my own box they can put a label on it so I can use their service, nope. So what do they do...?

When you are in your 60s its always great when the guy on the truck leaves a 50lb package at the bottom of your front steps. If he had waited 60 seconds ì would have answered the door and he could have helped get it in the house. Customer service? Nonexistent

Less expensive than UPS franchinse, FedEx or US postal service. Service was fast even at Xmas. Right off I-70 and easy to find.

Hours of operation are a complete joke. They seem to be intentionally inaccessible. Paid for 2 day shipping, got 2 week shipping, with no explanation why or even an attempt to contact me about it.
