I’ve tried several times to call this company about interests I have in 3 properties. They don’t answer the phone, tell you to visit their web site leave your email address then wait. If they answered the phone I might possibly have rented one of these properties. If they don’t answer the phone for rent inquiries then they possibly don’t answer for maintenance issues. I’ll just move on surely there are more property management companies that do answer the phoneI’m editing this review the company called me back and gave me a good explanation for not being able to answer the phone. The lady there was very nice to me and is being very helpful. I really liked the response time perhaps I obviously was too quick to leave a negative response. This is why I’ve changed the rating from one to five stars.

So far so good! They took over maintenance on the apartment I live in and while they haven’t had to service my apartment I have seen them putting in new water heaters for tenants. They were easy to get ahold of when water pipes froze in the middle of winter (not their fault obviously) but they were responsive!

Called 6 times and left 4 messages about a property. No call backs, and they never picked up the phone.So intrested I swang by their office acress town. Door says tbe houra are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. No out to lunch sign, no sign explaining,why they were closed durring office hours. just locked up and closed.same an hour laterNo idea what their are

You can read all the negative reviews here on Google and clearly see a pattern. You can also cross check & confirm that pattern via the Better Business Bureaus website. This management company is so poor at maintaining their properties that it literally causes damage to adjacent properties. The management company then claims no responsibility and postures back with an incredibly unprofessional “oh yeah, take us to court!” attitude. Is that the type of business anyone reading this review wants to support? Would you want to rent from a company that neglects your home so badly it damages your neighbors property? A company filled with people that treat you to a “so what, sue me!” response when questioned about their negligence? I would even go so far as to question the positive reviews listed around, as they almost all reference how great Doug is, only to have Doug respond to the people (most likely his friends) leaving the reviews. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of stress by reading these reviews, then checking with the BBB directly, before you decide to NOT rent from TD Management Inc.Edit: Read the owners response and see for yourself how this company treats complaints against their business, unprofessionally publicly attacking the individuals lodging the complaint. I feel their response does a better job at proving my point, more so than anything I said in my review does. Take responsibility for your property. Stay clear, obviously these people dont carry appropriate insurance.... to owner.. gotta do what you gotta do.. if you dont want to handle things the way they should and file a claim to your property insurance you have to make people aware thats the sort of person you are.. thats why social media reviews exist to make people aware

I rented a duplex with tdmi management for two years and was very happy with my property. I always found Melinda to be a great help and a phone call away if I had any questions. I recently moved out and I was given back the full amount of my deposit. Im confused by the negative reviews on here. Tdmi is a very friendly place to rent from and I would highly recommend them to any friends looking for a place to live.

I’d stay far away from these people. They don’t take care of their customers, or their customer’s property. Plain and simple. If you don’t care about any of your belongings or your car, then by all means!

TD Management is a good leasing agency with a variety of houses, apartments, and other spaces for rent. The office manager, Melinda, is great! Pretty fast turn around time on the maintenence requests. Better than many of those mega leasing agencies we see in the Springfield area. I still cant believe how affordable my rent is!

Poor management of property vegetation causes damage to a neighbors vehicle. This company will not work with the neighbor whom received the damages. A simple insurance claim would fix this but this company will not claim any responsibility for their lack of property maintenance. Do NOT trust this company! This is not how you do business especially when insurance is for this exact purpose.

These people fail to upkeep their properties, and then claim no responsibility for when that damages other peoples property.They do not care about anyone, they only care about $.Find somewhere else to rent from youll be better off.

Horrible company, evidently, when it comes to taking care of their properties and accepting responsibility for their properties. They manage a rental home that is right next door to a friends home. An overgrown tree on that property, that he had notified the renters about several times, blew over last night in the storms and severely damaged his car. TD Management is taking ZERO responsibility for the damages. Here is to hoping that his insurance company socks it to them!

Doug and his partners have managed properties for my family for over 15 years. They have always taken care both us as owners and the long term tenants we have living in our houses. Repairs expenses, vacancies, and problems have been kept at a minimum. Couldnt

They require you to fill out a full application for every person that will be in the household and require a picture of your drivers licenses before they will even allow you to view the inside of the house. Kind of silly if you ask me.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Long story short...Black Mold, Broken Toilets, Missing Kicthen Drawers and atleaat 2 weeks to get anything taken care of....then they take your deposit money without explanation and refuse to even call back or talk in person to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and move along.

They have a tenant at Cedar Knoll that they have allowed to NOT pay rent, as well as party night after night, do drugs like LAST NIGHT ALL NIGHT LONG by the pool all while his mom was methed out of her head screaming at him to come in and by her cigarettes right now at 4 am! I live in the apartments behind, and have to be at work at 7 am, and its now 430 am and still away by these morons like every night out there casing the parking lot. A tenant that lives close to the pool told me the other day his name and that they had an eviction notice served and they were suppose to be out on the 24th of this month, but weaseled there way out of it. He said his name was Damon, and i looked it up and sure enough! How are you going to allow such garbage, and you know its going on and just dont care! When my lease is up in October, i am considering moving because of YOUR tenant! I will not go into any further detail about what this individual and all the people that he has living there does, but ladies, do NOT move into that complex! Its extrememly dangerous! And they do not care~`~

Don’t wast your time with this company. They don’t take care of their properties, and they snub their clients when something happens and you have to fight to get anything done.

Rent is super cheap and the staff is very friendly. Always there to help you out if times may get rough cause everybody can have rough times. Maintence is little slow but melinda and shawna in office always call to check up any time a request is made. Never have any trouble getting ahold of them. And forgive me as i forgot his name but the gentlman that works in office is also very friendly too
