We had a family vacation and we loved the condo. we parked through spot hero at 1017 N LaSalle St (Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral) in and out privileges. This is a great Condo... you will love it!

From the website of this company you can see that they own and operate several properties in the Chicago area for vacation rentals. Reading through other reviews it seems that some of them might be nice, but unfortunately the experience we had at 870 N Orleans street was one I would not recommend to others. This property has strong wear and tear throughout and it was not well cleaned for us. We rented all three units in this building (7 rooms/14 beds). One of the three units smelled so heavily of smoke that we couldnt use it. The best the owner could do is send back the cleaning lady to do the cleaning she should have done before we checked in (there were literally piles of ashes in some places in the apartment when we checked in) and to leave some air freshener. The air vents were caked in dust, the corners of rooms were dirty/dusty, the roof deck had trash all over it, and overall all three apartments were banged up and strongly used. We asked for a fair refund given 1/3 of the space was not usable and the owner would only give us a fraction of what was requested and would not come by the unit himself to see the status of the property and the issues. Given the poor condition of properties under this companys oversight, I would certainly not recommend them to manage anyone elses property. And for those considering renting a property within their portfolio, you might want to be sure that you see numerous specific reviews for that exact property to truly get an understanding of what youre getting into. Overall we WAY overpaid for the experience we had at 870 N Orleans.

This place was absolutely beautiful we couldn’t ask for a more comfortable and accessible place to stay. There were tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be back to stay . We had great communication and detail instructions for this property plus a garage for parking.

The house is in a good location but my personal opinion is living room is too small and kitchen has very less bowls and spoons. The coffee maker is too old, I cant make my coffee after looking at the coffee maker as it had stains and too old. Im not going to stay next time there and its over priced. I payed $1062 just for 2 nights and it sucks. The host can atleast reply to text messages, unresponsive before we checked in and not being professional.

I stayed here with a group of friends, and we had a good time staying here. The location is close to downtown and all the major tourist sites: Navy Pier, Wrigley Field, and Miracle Mile. The communication was fast and extremely helpful. I would recommend staying here if you want a great stay just outside of downtown and nearby countless lively clubs, bars, and restaurants.

The stay was exactly as pictured! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the unit also offered a washer and dryer. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future!

I would of love to do business in the future but I guess my skin color is a problem. I also didn’t know I would be harassed and micro-manage as soon as I checked in. Moreover I didn’t know I would be blamed for the wear and tear that happened to your building before my guest and I arrived. If I knew I would be harassed from the time I checked in I would’ve kept my $16,000. I paid $75 for early check in which allows you to check in and drop your belongings but not stay inside which I was I was doing and the help felt the need to tell me I could not be there at that time. I dropped some items and penthouse suite A and the maid threw away some boxes I had in a bag.There was marks all over the walls when I checked In, The stools in some of the apartments were weak so we couldn’t use them. The door to the balcony in penthouse suite B was stuck and we could not get it open no one came to fix it until the second night we were there and there were foot prints on the bottom of the bunk beds. The views were beautiful but the treatment from the time I checked and was not OK. When it was time to check out I asked for a late check out and the host did not respond until right before it was time to go. As we were getting our things to leave I received another phone call to instruct me to hurry up and get out. Right before we left out I asked the maids for a garbage bag and the maze told me that I needed to buy them, those things are supposed to come in the Airbnb and we did not have enough garbage bags and the help did not want to accommodate when I made that clear. $16,000 down the drain. There was where n tear on the building that I did not expect to be there when I checked in because of how much money I paid. Once the owner saw that I was a black lady he decided to blame everything that was wrong with his building before I got there on me after I left. I loved the views and the location but the treatment was not OK

This was my 1st AirBnB experience and it was enjoyable.. The absolute best feature about the apartment is the location. Youre right in the middle of Chicagos Gold Coast. This means youre mere steps from restaurants (need the pizza) and shopping (very close to the Water Tower, Michigan Ave, etc). Other family excursions (were into museums and zoos) are a quick 5 min drive on Google Maps. As a Chicagoland native, it was impressive and exciting being in the mix of things.The apartment itself was good amount of space knowing the city. You can comfortably fit 6 to 8 people due the beds available which were comfortable. The neighborhood as whole was mostly chill, not much noise at all expect a construction crew down the street or street sweeper. This only occurs during business hours. One thing I really liked was the various brownstones in the neighborhood. The host is a text away and responded within at least 15min. Seems like a good guy from the text exchange we had.Now, for the negative. Parking can be a pain, can be expensive, and you almost need to develop a plan for it. But in all honesty, the same can be said for a good portion of city, not just 1 block of a neighborhood.

Was a great experience. The Airbnb host as well as the company was very attentive and professional as they were very aiding to our groups needs. Overall we had an amazing stay in Chicago and would recommend this company highly.

It was okay its just that I felt the walls could have been cleaned and there were alot of earwigs upstairs so no one slept up there because they were scared so we shared to two beds downstairs and the couches

This apartment was amazing and exceeded so many expectations. It was super spacious, very clean and had great views. We didn’t have any problems finding it and parking was easy. It’s pretty centrally located and a quick walk to many restaurants, bar and train stations. The best part though was the incredible rooftop! So big and spectacular views. We definitely would love to return!

This was an awesome place to stay for my daughters and I. It was our first time ever in Chicago and I was concerned about the location and if it was walking distance to major places. It was the perfect distance from the train, the bus and I even walked from Downtown to the Location. It was quiet, I never heard any other guests, and the agent was very responsive to everything. It was clean and made me want to move to Chicago. A great feel. This is my first review of anything of all time and I guess that’s why I’m writing so much. After a long day out on the town, this was the perfect place to go back to and look out the main window and see the Hancock building staring back at you at night. I just sat and looked out the window in awe. Thank you much.

They sent an email with very descriptive details on how to get into the condo that was very helpful! The place was very easy to find and was only about a 10/15 minute drive to everything we did. The beds were comfy and the downstairs shower had awesome water pressure.

Had a great time at the loft. Dan was very responsive and everything looks just the photos clean! My son had a great sleepover. It wasn’t as bad as I thought for renting an Airbnb for the first time. Will be planning another trip at the loft.

The townhouse is in a great location in downtown St. Louis. It was a nice, spacious place for a family of 5 and was within 10 minutes of every place we wanted to go!

We had a great time at their place in Chicago. Matter of fact we stayed at 2 of their places between 6 nights. The penthouse and the other unit looked exactly like the pictures. The sky deck was in great condition and made the stay real fun for my group of 8. Late night rooftop views were amazing.Although the place wasnt as clean as we expected. Dont get me wrong, It was a sterile environment however the floors and walls were a little dirty. I imagine this is due to the short time they had between guests which was easily overlooked by us due to the exact value!Excellent location to stay near the inner city. Everything was close by and there was even a lyft bike station right next to the building making it convenient. Most attractions were less than 2 miles away.Overall, I recommend this stay if you going with a group of friends!

This was my first time staying In Airbnb. A last minute emergency. The host was quick with responses, the prices were cheap & the location was right in the middle of all the prime areas in chicago. Wicker Park being my favorite, A 10 minute drive . The location was tidy and functional for my family. Extra towels, pillows, sheets . I would very much recommend this location.

I stayed at one of their properties in the Gold Coast recently and had a wonderful time. The space was clean and easily accessible, and the area was superb. I would definitely stay at one of their properties in the future.

My stay at the airbnb was amazing honestly. The location was very well cleaned so I felt safe during the pandemic, and the host was a good communicator and very flexible. The memory foam mattresses and pillows were really the cherry on the sunday! I nearly booked another night just to sleep. Also the location was great; pretty much a 5-15 minute uber ride from anywhere you want to go in the city.

Review for MichaelThis was a fantastic place to stay! The rooms were clean, amenities were great. The full bath and half bath had small bars of soap and the shower had wall installed shower and conditioner dispensers. The TV had a Roku hooked up to watch TV which was great, though we really didnt watch any TV. I wish the front door had the same kind of digital lock that the back door did, so we could go out the front instead of the back, but thats only a minor thing. The bedrooms are fairly small but then like a hotel, the rooms are only being used to sleep so again, not a big deal, especially since the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The location was fantastic!! There were restaurants to walk to, a Walgreens pharmacy a few blocks away and several breweries. We spent some time at Forbidden Root. Excellent beer. We did just get to Chicago at the right time because most everything is shutting back down to the level 2 ... no inside dining. Too bad!! I will definitely want to stay at this Airbnb again!

Overall we had a lovely stay at the condo! The host was very responsive and the kitchen had everything that we needed. One thing I will say is that there was no hand soap throughout the whole condo, which was a bit inconvenient and the towels were a bit dingy. Other than that we had a very nice time!

We had a horrible experience staying at this property. The place was not clean to our expectation. The hallways leading to our Penthouse was dirty and stains of drink all over the floor and stairs. Piles of trash left by our back door. Loud music and party noise kept us up all night!! Definitely not a family type of property. The location was not good, very run down buildings around. The manager is not responsive or cooperative to keep guests happy and satisfy during their stay. They did not compensate us in any way for all our trouble and dissatisfaction.We will never rent a place from this owner ever again and I recommend for anyone considering this owner to look else where.

This is my 1st time staying in an airbnb property and it was great This! This property is conveniently located in the down town chicago area, with available parking on the property, if you are not driving, no problem. Because most of your essentials are within reach with just a short walk away, uber or lyft for the surrounding area.The property is upscale, comfortable and gives you the ease of worrying about keys or key card with keyless entry for the property. The staff and host were very helpful, understanding and flexible when possible.

My friends and I stayed in one of the suites and it was fantastic! We walked to breakfast every morning, and everything we wanted to do was within 10mins of the Airbnb. I will definitely be staying here again!

My first concern was that we rent about an Airbnb and the other guest said the same code to get in our place. We did not stay in the pace that we had booked. I called the owner and he said the other one is vacant. I think you should not give everyone the same code. It was not safe

My girlfriend and I stayed in an Airbnb rental located at 858 N. Orleans, Chicago, IL 60610 on April 18-20 for my girlfriends 30th bday due to cancelled international plans. We decided to stimulate our local economy and eateries by staying in the old-town/near north area. On Sunday night we witnessed mice scurrying about in the apartment near the stove and entertainment center. Upon investigation we observed a clear mice infestation with mice droppings located all over the kitchen around the stove, oven, tv, and couch area. Later in the night I witnessed a mice retreat back under the stove. I took pictures and immediately notified the owners. It’s clear that they knew the apartment had a mice infestation as I found a mouse trap. I received little to no help reporting the issue and attempted to try to reach a resolution with the owners which they dragged out. We had no where else to stay and my girlfriend was terrified. This is a clear safety and health issue. Dropping were found all around the stove which we used, along with around the cupboard where we used household utensils. I would not have stayed in this unit if I knew there was a mice issue. They clearly knew this before hand and did not take the proper avenues to fix the problem or inform renters. I am absolutely disgusted and feel disrespect at how this situation was handled and I expect a full refund. This property is ran by a property management company, TBFS Investments. Do not stay at any of their properties. Dan, one of the property representatives is literally incompetent. Communicating with him over text (Because he couldn’t take my calls) was like communicating with a toddler. It took him 3 days to contact his superior as we tried to resolve this issue. This property is ran by slum lords. I will also be reporting to the proper housing, health and safety agencies in Chicago and the state. I will also find the proper avenues to post the pics of this mice infested unit online which will likely be done on TBFS Investments; yelp, Facebook, google page and or LinkedIn. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
