I was told they have people posting fake positive reviews. After having not one, but over 12 horrible experiences with numerous reps, and being lied to about every listing, I have to conclude they certainly post fake positive reviews. Beware this buisness.

Lori Skersten helped my husband and I buy our new home and sell my husbands current. She helped us find the home of our dreams with everything on our must have list and within our price range which was very difficult to do considering our budget. Agent Debbie Perry let herself into the house I rent with no notice whatsoever with the intent of showing the house to two potential buyers. I had NO NOTICE she was coming. I walked in to her standing in my front room. She was not in the least bit apologetic. Last year, while trying to sell same house, she bullied her way past my minor daughter into the house after I had told her I would not be able be home at that time (we have a dog that needed to be removed for showing). This woman is not only unprofessional, but rude and manipulative. I would not trust her to be honest with anyone.
