I was a PM for this company for the last 2 months. They couldnt find anyone reliable or dependable for this particular property, as it was in a dangerous part of town. I showed up EVERY day, worked many EXTRA hours that extended in to most nights, taking from my family and I was so very dedicated to the position. I take a lot of pride in the job I do and my work ethic. The residents were so happy that I was there, helping them and treating them like they were human. I got baked goods weekly, from them, thanking me for being good to them. I had fantastic relationships with all of my superiors but one, the new VP, Jessica, that was hired off the street. She didnt work her way up through the ranks. She brought with her policies and procedures from her past company, that clearly didnt work for the particular property I was on. She is a tyrant, impossible to deal with! I was getting things done on the property and I was a threat to her insane ideas. I told her over and over, those policies and procedures will not work at this property. As a result, we couldnt lease anything. Everyone that tried to lease was denied because the criteria was much to strict for this part of town and people on fixed incomes. She had something to prove and all she did was make herself look ridiculous. I took off with a stomach virus and when I returned 2 days later, she drove down with HR and accused me of terrible things that I didnt do, someone else in the office did, not me and now Im out of a job. She felt threatened and incapable so, she conspired with my staff, while I was gone for 2 days and lied! Im going to the labor board. This kind of behavior cant be accepted and tolerate in the workplace. Hopefully, they get rid of her. Nothing will improve until they do! They lost one of the most hard working people they ever had and it was all based on lies. Slander really...HR shouldve known better but, shes quitting herself so, apparently, she doesnt care or she cant say no to Hitler either. Very toxic environment when you have people like that in power!

Move in day, water heater was off, it took them 3 days to come. 49 days without an oven, maintenance men are incapable of fixing anything without giving you the run around, property manager has no empathy and even has the audacity to say “it’s only been hours”Will not be renewing my lease.

Never rent from these people. They were very nice and friendly to deal with in the begining but I think it was a scam to get people to sign contracts. Now. they send out hateful emails. to sign a new one but do not include the new price. When I called I spoke to some new very rude person becuase their is always somebody. new in the office. My price is going to go way up and they. have never touched my. home since they bought it. They send hateful emails. threaten to charge me a. trip charge so they can inspect my home. This place. was a dump when they bought it. Seems like a scam to me to try. to charge people for the dump they bought. Was better off before they bought it.

Lies! Said they would help relocate people in apartment building they bought. They didnt help. Offered one tiny place for 3 times what we could afford. Now we are going to be homeless. Even paid app. Fee to stay here only to be told to move.

Great rental company! Had a little mix up concerning rent payments during the start of corona and had to go to court but once I showed my receipts it cleared everything up. They are great about replacing appliances and despite covid-19 first 9 months any other time they were very easy to get ahold of with any concerns. The maintenance workers are very nice, helpful, courteous and considerate.

I scheduled on Thursday to tour here with my roommate on Friday (the next day). We showed up 30ish minutes early, then another car showed up prior. Then another car showed up right at 330, when the tour was scheduled to happen. The third car went and unlocked the house and went inside, assuming we would be getting a tour by this person. When in reality this person had already leased the house the night before. This was very unpleasant and unprofessional, considering I called the place to tell them that this was very inconsiderate to schedule a touring when you are already sold it to someone else. Not a good experience.

Prosperiti preys on the unfortunate. We are being forced out of the 4plex we live in. We recieved no nonprofit help which they claim to provide. Nor do they repair anything in a timely fashion.

Their buying up properties in my neighborhood, raising rent and displacing families. Very sad..

Puts single women with kids out to look for a new house because they dont want to repair pipes from ice damage. Canceled the lease and left them with no water instead of trying to get them in a situation where the kids had water. If your gonna give your money to someone make sure they care about their tenants first. Greed is never a good business model!

Purchase new properties from another property owner and failed to get electricity turned on there are five units here where I live at and we are all without power
