I work here. In my 20+ years of marketing, in many different facetes of the industry I have never worked at a place that has a better work atmosphere! They are all about helping you make a better person of yourself. Weather its spiritually, financially, or physically, these people will have your back if you show effort 🤔 The only thing that could use improvement in my opinion is the wages.💰💸💵🏧

My grandparents owned a timeshare and loved it, they used it every single year. Always had some kind of funny story to tell. But in 2009 my grandpa got killed in a really bad car accident by a drunk driver. And my grandma couldnt afford it anny more so she tried to sell it and lost over 1300 dollars! From a Resale company. But finally 3 years later she gave it one last shot Nationwide had called my grandma!!! And she finally got out with paper work to prove it. I didnt see my grandma smile like that for a long time; I refer them to everyone! Thank you guys! And definitely at least try to listen!

My husband and I were timeshare owners who just wanted out! We owned for 25 years and talked about getting out for the last 10. The beginning years weren’t bad, but then maintenance fees became outrageous. I did my research and read a lot of reviews online. They all scared me so much we continued to put off trying to get rid of it. Finally we decided to go with Nationwide Settlement Solutions, thank goodness we made the right decision. It all went through with no problems. The key word is patience, it did take a total of 8 months but we no longer own a timeshare!!

After attending several timeshare termination events with various companies We came away very disappointed. The information received was often misleading and questionable. We almost did not go to the Nationwide Settlement meeting.We did attend the meeting and found that the presentation was not a lot of promises. But presented factual information about the timeshare industry that made sense. Both my wife and I sat through the presentation. We went off by ourselves and talked about what we had heard. The representatives spent about two hours answering our questions. We made the decision to give Nationwide Settlement a go. We still had our doubts and went away saying to ourselves, did we do the right thing.During the months it took to settle our timeshare a Nationwide representative was in constant contact with us getting all the necessary paperwork completed. They kept us apprised as to how the termination was going. There were some rough spots with the resort we were with. But Nationwide stuck in there. They demonstrated that there was more than one way to skin a cat.The termination was completed in June 2018.My wife an I are both very happy with the service that Nationwide Settlements Solutions gave us. I would recommend them to anyone looking to terminate their timeshare.

Nationwide Settlement Solutions did a great job of getting me out of my timeshare all I had to do was answer their questions and send them documents they did the rest they were very prompt and professional. I would give them 5 stars.

We began our relationship with Nationwide Settlement Solutions in late May, 2018, to cancel our timeshare contract. The process was completed by late December, 7 months later. It is a great relief to know we will not burden our family with a timeshare nor ourselves with the ever-rising annual maintenance fees so prolific in the timeshare industry.

When we decided to remove ourselves from the burden of our Hilton Grand Vacations ownership, we opted to use the services of Nationwide Settlement Solutions. Although it was expensive and took 15 months, we are now completely out. Our thanks to the folks at Nationwide for their help in this process. Also a special shout-out to Breanne Austin, who always promptly answered my email questions.

I met with the department heads and this is a company that excels in one thing currently, actually getting people out of their dreaded timeshares and legally severing all future billing or association. Fix it for your familys future. They are very accessible

This company seems extremely shady and I would steer away from them completely. When I asked legit questions they hung up on me twice. I will be turning this over to my states Attorny General to handle. Agian I would not deal with a company like this.

Awesome Company doing great things for families stuck in timeshare. Nationwide Helped my Aunt out her timeshare, She had it for almost 20 years. She had been paying rising reoccurring maintenance fees every year and not able to use it! The Resort would not take it back, She couldnt sell it as the re-sale market is non-existent... You can rent all these units online... You dont have to pay the overhead to stay in these places anymore. It made absolutely no sense to keep her timeshare. Nationwide was able to get her out of her timeshare. She is no longer liable for that maintenance fee that came every year, and her kids will not have to deal with it either.Thank you all for helping our family.

Must be a scam. Just got letter marked urgent that looks like from an official gov. agency saying I might qualify for an abatement of fees etc for my timeshare, but I have never had one or stayed at one ever.

These are scammers. The Missouri Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Hotline has received at least dozens of complaints against various forms of this company. Nationwide Settlement Solutions, etc. The organization gets you to sign a contract that you have to pay upfront fees for different services - in upstate NY, they are promising to resell timeshares (or terminate a contract) for a timeshare. Part of the process, after they get you to give them a sizable deposit ($2000. in our case) is to get a power of attorney to allow them to sign away ownership of the timeshare.BEWARE !!! They are smooth talkers and target the elderly. They use boilermaker sales techniques - this deal is only good for this evening, and you have been prescreened to be someone we can help. We dont make promises that we cant keep, we are A+ rated by the BBB etc. etc.

They rip people off and fire people for no good reasons whatsoever
