I have enjoyed working for the Multicultural Clinical Center for over twenty years as a home base councilor. It has been a beacon of professionalism and acted as a great experience in growth of opportunities. I still remember my initial join interview with executive director Mrs. Keegan and Mrs. Wood which seemed just like yesterday, and I am grateful for all the excellent supervisors that I had the pleasure of working with such as Mrs. Santiago, Mr. Pacheco, Mr. Moro, Dr. Tandon, Dr. Jones, Mrs. Fabiola, Mrs. Storms, Mrs.Tricia Mrs. Alvarez, and other administrative staff. Moreover, I have learned the importance of case management services as well as how to work collaboratively with referral sources, and providers to help clients.

Rude, unprofessional staff! They constantly hang up on you! Very rude and unprofessional! Waste of your time and money, DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES!!!

If you are going in there for an assessment be prepared to fill out a bunch a paperwork. Also make sure you remind them of your appointment. The person doing the assessment was late and was not prepared. Money is what is important to them and they will make sure you continue going to them so they can take your money.After their assessment, I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion at another place. They recommend less than half of what this place recommended. Do your research and protect yourself from places like this.

I went in for an “interview” and was told afterwards that i will be getting a call back from them letting me know whats going to happen, a week later still no call, so I took the initiative to call them and check on the status of my evaluation. Turns out they wanted me to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS for an answer that is so simple. On top of all that they barely even speak English. All in all a horrible place to get a drug evaluation done, or to get anything done there at all. Clearly just trying to snatch your money which most of us dont even really have, cuz they think theyre worth $50 per class! And they “recommend” 32 classes! Thats $1600 bucks. I have no clue what they’re smoking, but they are crazy. Do not waste your time and money here!

MCCs quality of service has tremendously declined over the past few years. Just terrible!

Very unprofessional place for several reasons, I will need space to list all of them, looks like they are only to make money, after going for a second opinion at INOVA they find out that I dont need any treatment at all, VS 32 classes x $50/class =$1,600 that was recommended by MCC.

Very bad experience with supervisor as she miscommunicate and very rude.when informed to the other supervisor she was also taking side of supervisor.They focus on earning money rather than working on kids.
