First off let me just say as a former employee this was by far one of the best jobs I’ve ever had!!! The OFRC is a great experience for anyone wanting to work with kids and make a difference. The management there is wonderful!! I’ve never work for a company and the boss actually goes to bat for the employees and actually listens to the employees. My experience at Great Circle working at the OFRC has been nothing but amazing and makes me sad for leaving… but if you want to work with kids and actually make a difference that’s where you should go!!!!

Terrible place to work, leadership here is self-serving and/or absent.

I lived in this place for 6 months and ran away multiple times but each time they found me and loved me as if I was their own daughter they cared so much for us. On thanksgiving we had a huge dinner. On Christmas we had a party as a present. They loved us so much and did everything in their power to help us.

Place sucked staff are bad there mean and they cant contol there kids.

Helped me a lot although I suggest making sure your kid is not put in the cottage called “Touts” because it smells like piss in there kids are bad and staff are mean but other than that this place is great and helped me a lot and took me off of unnecessary medication

Im not going to lie yes ppl run sometimes but thats their choice staff try their best to keep children and teens safe i love this place and i deffintly recomend

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Children escape all the time and they act like it is no big deal! They take little to no precautions to prevent this from happening. The staff is under qualified and they dont have enough help for the amount of children in this place. There needs to be WAY more safety precautions taken for the children in there. These children are in there because they need help and they should be receiving more than they are getting. NOT recommended!

So far I have got to see my lil boy. Hes actually at the St. James Missouri boys and girls town. So far I have had nothing but good out of My sons workers. After spending 6 Months in the Turnaround Ranch in Joplin MO he was moved to great circle and one thing great circle is very good about that I have noticed is they do not take visits away from the children and their families for punishments! Like turnaround Ranch. This is a very nice place here in Springfield MO and the St. James Great Circle Hes so much happier there. I for see a VERY GREAT OUTCOME FOR OUR FAMILY! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREAT CIRCLE TO ANY FAMILY IN NEED OF HELP🤗

My daughter is missing she ran away with a peer from this facility in Springfield. I live about 4 hours away, and need help locating her. If you live in the area please find me on Facebook. I need all the help I can get to find her.

My son was in the intensive outpatient therapy at the Springfield campus . The staff was unethical and lied to being about my sons care. I was told it was a program for kids with behavior issues. But if your child actually has behavior issues they will kick you out of the program. I was told he wasn’t a good fit for the program because he had behavior issues. If your child is struggling with behaviors don’t send them there.

This place changed my life and i thank all of the staff including my cottage touts
