AVOID AT ALL COSTS...If I could give them 0 stars I would. They damaged my product in shipping and refused to pay damages. As a small business owner, I have worked with a number of freight companies and this one is by far the worst. They were anxious to get my business but when the damage was caused they were distant and cold. A horrible experience. I strongly recommend finding another freightliner to help with your shipping needs. There are a number of other companies out there with competitive rates, far better customer service, and lower risk. Avoid at all costs.After I posted this review, they responded to it. They are not sorry. Again, offering me to spend more time and money on something that they should have taken care of when I first filed the claim. They cost me money and charged me to ship another package to the customer who received the damaged package. Not only did I eat the cost of providing a new product, I also ate the cost of shipping 2 packages to the same address.R+L Carriers are not customer friendly and do not be deceived by them. Go elsewhere, TForce, FedEx, Freight Quote (among others) are all better than this company.
