Great experience!Friendly staff, speedy order and solid quality work. Took my hockey goalie chest pad there to get the straps repaired. They look brand new and they got my order done way sooner that I expected. I will be a return customer and I recommend them for anyone looking for repairs.

I have a pair of Ecco boots that had rubber logos sewn into the heal. A design defect as one tore out after a few years of light use. The good folks at Toms fixed the problem as if they were made that way at the factory - better than original! New laces, waterproofing and polish - a bargain at $60 for the pair. $300+ to replace new.

Great craftsmanship for a great price. Sad to say, I am murder when it comes to the way I treat my shoes. When my shoes need to be re-soled or rejuvenated, I will always take them to Toms. They provide excellent work.

Truly amazing customer service!!!!I through a heel on my cowboy boot, and needed them for a funeral the next day.I called, they said they would get my repair done in time.They did what they said, and they did it faster than expected.....They also did a great job putting 2 new heels on my boots......Thank You !!MR Whiskey !!!

Seriously great place!!After stepping on and ripping the sole off one of my friends Ugg boots, the owner repaired the shoe, and since the other shoe was not in great shape he fixed it as well!! Saved me $200!! I will definitely be back when my shoes need to be resoled! Can’t recommend enough!

Toms Shoe Repair are consummate professionals who know what they are doing. I send them my shoes via mail with instructions of what I want done, and they call me back with better recommendations, if applicable, or executive the work, thus bringing dead shoes back to life. Then they mail them back. Great people, you will not be disappointed.

Kind of expensive but I guess like everything else prices are going up. Last pair of boots I had resoled was 60 bucks in 2017. Now its 90 in 2021

Toms work is art! It is wonderful have a place to send my shoes for my needs, that is honest, friendly, high quality of work, and professional. I am always amazed how Tom fixes my shoes. Tom is indeed an artist in his field! I highly recommend Toms Shoe Repair.

The best. I always take my designer shoes here to have them cleaned, polished, and repaired. Tom always makes sure he tells me what he recommends and the things that I should fix or prevent now to extend the life of my favorite shoes. I dont trust anyone else!

Very nice and personable man! I had them fix a factory flaw on a CK leather purse. He did a fantastic job, better than new for a very reasonable rate. If you need leather goods repaired, I would highly recommend Tom’s Shoe Repair (they fix other stuff too!). Check them out!

Took one pair of granny boots and two pair of hiking boots in couldnt fix any of them. Hiking boots needed the soles glued back on I thought that should of been an easy fix. When i dropped them off said it would take two weeks go in to pick up said they couldnt fix the boots either. They had a small rip just above the ankle said they couldnt patch it or sew it. My question what can they fix.

This guy works miracles and fixes issues you may not ask to have fixed and is always very reasonable with price. If you have anything leather that needs repaired, or shoe, this guy can do it, do it right, and do it quickly. Awesome!

I left a used, vintage LV with the shop to repair. It had a lot of damage prior to me owning it and I just wanted it repaired so I could use it, not a perfect bag. I was told between 2 and 3 weeks. The second week I called to check on it and it had not been started. The fourth week I was on that side of town and stopped to check the progress and he was very agitated I stopped and asked me if I just wanted to take it home. I said no and was embarrassed that I had even asked. He then called a couple days later and said it was finished. I was excited to pick up the bag and explained thats why I had checked on it, it was something I had worked hard for.I could have been in tears after seeing the repairs. He did sew the handle. But the holes were not repaired and he put the cheapest hardware you can buy from another local leather supply shop. The rings are not even the same size! Ive never in my life left a public review but felt like I should after the rude way he treated me. The lady, however was very kind and helpful when she gave me my quote.Im not a frivolous or materialist person. I just wanted a vintage bag repaired. My family works hard for our money and this was something I had saved for.

Advertises he can do any type of luggage but he couldnt replace a zipper in a backpack for me because of the curves. Better options available in town.

Not professional or experience as I thought. I brought in a expensive and high quality brand name purse, the person going to fix it explained to me how everything was going to be done and that the damaged piece would be replaced. Five days later I returned and my item was still not finished yet, so I came back the next day and the the damaged item was not replaced like explained, instead the person repairing it stitched inside the purse and made last minute effort to just glue and sow a piece over the damage part. The results looked terrible. I now regret bringing my item there because this item looks terrible and noticeable where the person sew the extra part over. I am going to send it off to another repair company to see if a more expert cobbler can replace the whole thing! I dont think I would use this place again, this was my first time using their service and I felt it was not professional nor experienced to fix such expensive items.
