Weve been using Spring-Green for a few years now and truly enjoy working with them. They are friendly and professional and do not pressure us to use extra services, like some of the big companies. When friends and family come over we get a lot of compliments on our yard.

I cancelled service a couple of months ago for a variety of reasons, but to use an example of why: After cancellation a tech still showed up for a treatment. I was home and therefore able to stop him, thankfully as it had been treated a couple of days prior by their replacement. I called and was ensured that I would be removed from their client list moving forward. Today the tech showed up yet again. Fortunately I was here to catch him. I called and was once again ensured that I would be removed. This lack of attention to detail which, depending upon treatment, could have burned up my lawn, is an example of why I cancelled. If you cant be trusted to do the simple things then you cant be trusted, period.

Nothing but praise for our Spring-Green team from this 3-year customer. Always get courteous professional service from them. When we moved into our home in 2016, they tackled our very ugly overgrown with weeds front & back yards. After 1.5 years of patience, scheduled visits of weed/fertilizer treatments, adjusted product when needed to rid of the stubborn weeds, Fall aeration & seeding - our lawn is thick, weed-free and beautiful! We did not employ their services, however one of their trucks just drove through my neighborhood doing about 40mph (25 mph limit) in our residential neighborhood. My daughters as well as other neighborhood kids play in the front yards and obviously vehicles speeding through our neighborhood do not care about the safety of our children. Hopefully their drivers have more respect for residents in the future!Update: 15 min after the 1st truck sped by another Spring-Green truck came speeding down our street, must be a company wide thing to drive as fast as you can through residential neighborhoods!

My lawn has never looked better or so weed free! Can’t say the same about my neighbors.

Would not recommend to anyone. Paid almost $300 up front for 7 services and had to call every month after treatment #1 to get them out to just provide the services we pre-paid. Laughed when we called to complain about them missing us for 2 months straight. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered as a professional businessman. Use at your own risk as 100% not reliable once they have your money and you are just a cow in a heard of fools to them.

After contacting Tom, he met with me on the lawn and provided much guidance to make sure I was getting the most out of our applications. I can say in just a few applications our lawn went from average with weeds to nearly weed less and thick and green. I did not renew my contract because I wanted to over seed my yard in March. They put down pre-emergent on March 7th. I contacted them and told them to stop. I reseeded my yard on April 15th and they put down Spring weed and feed on April 19th. I contacted them again and was told they would take care of it. They just applied weed control and fertilizer on the May 22nd. Still cant seed and its too late in the season.
