They came to spray 4 times. Every single time they came, they first of all, didnt tell me when they were coming. No heads up at all, just showed up. The first time they came, my dad saw that they didnt spray the area right in front my house that has the plants and shrubbery. He asked them to spray, and the guy said oh well thats not on my list. My dad insisted that he spray, and he finally sprayed. The next 2 times he came I wasnt home, and they didnt spray that area at all, and there are ridiculous amounts of weeds growing there. Every time someone comes to my house they say you need to get your weeds under control. In June my entire lawn (not just the area in front of the house) was covered with those vine weeds. It looked ridiculous. I had gotten a bill that someone had come in June but the lawn appeared as if it hadnt been sprayed at ALL. Frankly, it seems like they realized no one was home and just decided to not really do their job.When the guy came in July I was incidentally home and I asked him why there were so many weeds growing if someone came in June and he said I dont know. I asked him again to spray the area right in front of my house and he said its not on the list. I dont even know what that means? What is the list? Does the list say if you see weeds right in front of the house, dont spray? I asked him to spray but I didnt stand out to monitor him and frankly there are still weeds. This service was a complete waste of money for me. They came in April, May, June and July I believe. In April and May it looked ok. In June my entire property had weeds on it. I was planning on canceling the service before they came in July but was too busy too call and of course they showed up randomly.When I told the secretary about what happened she didnt care at all that there were weeds. And yes I raised my voice because she just DID NOT CARE at all. I just cannot comprehend a business who repeatedly says to me its not on the list for me to spray the most weedy area and then when I finally tell the company the issue, they just DO NOT CARE.DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE THEM FOR WEED CARE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE- USE THOSE COMPANIES. DO NOT USE THIS ONE. They could have offered to come and do a free spray of the area Im most complaining about and even offer to manually deweed it since it is their fault the weeds have gotten this bad but they chose not to make that offer. GO WITH ANOTHER WEED COMPANY. THIS ONE YOU WILL EITHR HAVE TO MONITOR CLOSELY - WHICH IS TIME CONSUMING AND WASTEFUL, and it wont even guarantee that it will take care of your lawn. $240 wasted- I could have just bought a bottle of weed killer at Menards.All it would have taken is for the secretary to do on of 2 things: m sorry that your not satisfied, let me pass you on to my boss. Or Im sorry you/re not satisfied, let us come over to your property to see your concern and how we can fix it. No, she didnt care. Literally it was like talking to a wall. Save yourself $240. Just talk to a wall and your lawn will be just like you hired Lawn Doctor.See photos below- thats what your paying for. Good luck!

I have been using Lawn Doctor of Greater Springfield for approximately four years. My lawn looks very good, it is weed free, and from all appearances is healthy and thriving. I am very pleased with the service we receive, and the results.

I have been with Lawn Doctor for years and have not had any problems.

This is our second year of lawn care with the Doctor. Last year we had the full treatment and by the end of the season the lawn looked the best it had in years. We had estimates from 3 companies and Lawn Doctor offered the most for the least. I like that they use a motorized riding spreader, rather than the hand spreaders that take so much time and traffic on the lawn. (They use the hand spreader for tight areas.) Well pleased.

Would not give ANY notice of coming to our house even though we asked for heads up because we have pets we didn’t want to be exposed to chemicals. When attempting to schedule next visit, we were informed NO advance notice so we cancelled service. Would give a zero if allowed.

Ive had a few different lawn services through the years and I like these guys the best, well actually my lawn does to. I will continue to use them. Professional, and attention to detail. Good people.

Theyve been able to get grass grow where I didnt think was possible. The entire lawn is green and 99% weed free. Ask them for any service and theyll do it and with a quickness. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Lawn Doctor totally turned my lawn around for the better. They Power seeded my lawn and have me on a maintainer program that covers all the fertilizer and weed control needs of my new lawn. Their Lawn Techs are courteous and knowledgeable.
