Called and setup appointment with the lady. After 2-3 weeks after first contact the guy had walked my property once for a quick inspection. Minimal communication and slow as hell. Would not recommend

Use to person coming to door to let us know they are here for treatment. Had to let technician know to treat inside of backyard fence.

Emerald Green is our third lawn service over the course of about seven years. They are on their second year of service and the lawn has never looked so good. It is lush and thick and looks far superior to neighboring lawns including those that use other services. They also have provided us pest-riddance service (moles) with great success. I couldnt recommend these folks more highly.

I have, over the years, used other lawn service companies, but Emerald Green Pros is far superior to the others in our area. The technicians go out of their way to answer questions and share their knowledge. The office always returns calls promptly, and they react to emails right away.Seriously, it doesnt get any better than this!

I own 5 houses in Springfield. Hoping to get someone reliable to mow all of my properties, I called EMERALD GREEN PROS... Good luck with that. When I called, I got no answer so I left a detailed message, including my area code and phone number and they have yet to get back to me. Garbage.

This is the worst comapny in the industry. I couldnt tell you how many times I called their office and they said they would come out and fix the problems which would be elimate the weeds in my yard. The employees cant speak english except for one of them and the owner doesnt care about the quality of the work my yard has never look this bad in years. The owner is a complete Liarer. This company is a joke.

They missed my side yard ALL year. My husband had to retreat after they had treated 2weeks prior. Very poor service.
