A nice store that has the plants fir you

I remember Lillys name because she wasnt very helpful. Could be because she in training. The other lady in the store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Bet she is super busy without good help.

They come up with great ideas to solve your lawn care needs. However; work promised before Thanksgiving didnt come until February. The laborers were inconsistent and killed my grass. The fountain area does look great though. I needed better communication and for them to keep their word on timing.

Our experience with Buckley was not a great experience. We originally requested service in May and received a quote. We were originally lead to believe it would be 4-6 weeks before we would be able to get our yard seeded. We checked back at the four week mark, but were not given a clear picture of when we would be able to receive service. It eventually took more than 12 weeks for Buckleys get to our yard. There were many points in which we attempted to communicate with the company representative and we got a severely delayed response or no response at all. Customer service and communication from the company representative was one of the poorest experiences I have had. Emailsand phone calls were not returned part of the time. They would have received one star based on these aspects.The quality of the project was good. I would have given the project a four, but they had some issues. They had to borrow some equipment from me in order to complete the project in a more timely manner. Also, they were suppose to adjust the sprinklers, which they did not do. They claimed no one was home but my wife and children were home the entire time. They never rang the door bell. So it was fairly rushed in some ways.The grass is coming nicely, so we are pleased with the results, but I would have paid a slightly higher price from another company if I had to repeat my experience with Buckleys.

Wouldnt recommend they do irrigation. It took too long to get in contact with someone to get my irrigation scheduled and paid for. It seemed like the job itself took too long. They waited too long to winterize my system so a line ended up breaking. Now its spring and I have to wait 3 weeks to get it started up, longer than someone that lives closer because I live in Decatur. If they hadnt broken my line, I couldve just turned it on myself. I dont think its fair they treat their customers differently based on where they live.

Horrible customer service. After pulling into the parking lot, the clerk proceeded to lock the door IN MY FACE and told us to get out of the parking lot so they could lock the gates. At least the other clerk was kind enough to suggest another nursery (Green View) that might be able to help us with our purchase, and they were! They will definitely be getting all of our business from now on.

It was Christmas when we stopped to get our Garland for our house and was very pleasantly surprised to find reasonably priced items here.. their quality just cant be beat and the staff here is always so kind and helpful.. I plan on coming back in the spring and looking for plants for my garden.

Wonderful people, wonderful product. They installed 5 large trees, leveled and seeded our yard, and laid out a plan for us to finish the rest of the landscape. It all worked great, they had the product in stock, and they are very helpful. Its now 5 years later and it still looks great. We buy small plants from them every spring.

Great lawn maintenance! Buckleys Prairie Landscaping in Springfield Illinois does an awesome job. They always take pride in their work and my neighbors are jealous of how nice my lawn always looks which is a bonus. Great group of people and their garden center is really beautiful. My wife never leaves without buying more than what we came for.

Brought a clump of grass in so I get the same type of seed for my lawn. They looked at it and knew exactly what I needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable about lawn problems or projects.

Received a bill for snow removal from Jan 2016, to an address that I havent lived at since 2010. After telling them this, they talked to someone and then I received a bill for my address. Which I never gave them, but they remember doing the snow removal from my address. REALLY.

I live in this area, i was shopping, when the lady standing around, said, just to let you know we close in a few minutes. Horrible customer service. .
