We have enjoyed our relationship with Quality Clean Janitorial Services for many years. Burnis, Cindy and their staff have completed every job we have ever asked them to do. We have always had them clean three times a week.Occasionally, we asked for extra jobs to be done. Meyer Communications sold in late 2020. The new owner, Zimmer Midwest Communications, have retained their services with the same confidence as before. We were glad to be able to keep working with their team!!

This is a great company. They provide excellent service to their customers and are great to work with. If you are looking for someone, please give them a call. You wont regret it.

Very disappointed in the service. Tried to work with the owners for almost a year, but they just couldnt pull it together. Notified them weekly of the same issues with no change in performance.

I worked for Burnis and Cindy part time last year. The only reason I left was because it was too hard on my body to work two jobs. They are great people to work for. They treat everybody fairly and you know what they expect out of you.

This company has been the biggest blessing to me as an employer! The management team is always friendly, respectful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs I have to make sure I am able to provide the best possible service to our clients. I have also seen how they are quick to respond and relay the needs of our clients. They have made it possible to pull in additional income as a single mom. I would highly recommend them both as an employer or if you have a need for commercial cleaning.

My husband and I have worked with QC for 1&1/2 years and have personally seen the owners go above and beyond to make sure customers and employees alike are satisfied. As former, and current business owners, we continue to be impressed with the integrity, ethics, and professionalism of this company. They use only quality products, and excel in training, making sure all employees meet their high standards.To say otherwise would be unfounded. This April my husband was suddenly rushed to the hospital in a life and death situation. Burnis and Cindy were there for us, treating us more like family than employees! When I returned to work, Cindy jumped in and worked as my partner until my husband could return. What an amazing lady! She strove to keep my spirits lifted, and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I both contend that these are some of the best people we have ever worked with! We are truly blessed to be a part of their team!

Quality Clean does a great job for us. Cindy and Burnis have both been very good to work with. They hire quality full time employees that care about the job they do. Cindy has been quick to take care of any small issues that we have had. They are always ready to take care of any extras that we need done and do it on short notice. Great Company, great people. Im glad we have them taking care of our cleaning.

My company has worked with Quality Clean for over four years. They have been a great company to work with, provide exceptional service and care about their clients.

I do not recommend Quality Clean Janitorial Services. We would come in the morning after they cleaned in the evening and you couldnt even tell if they did anything. The trash was never dumped our floors were never mopped and the toliets were never cleaned. I feel like these are the basic things to do when cleaning. We corresponded with them via email and was given a list of the items that they clean and all of the above items where on there but where never done. We had spoke with them several times and were told this is what we do and that was never the case. We have since gave them a notice to cancel service . Please do your research when hiring this company before hand.

Always very clean

Ive read these reviews and as a former employee burnis is a hard but for good reasons. They built this company from the ground up with their family sacrificing so much for the best cleaning co around. I left on bad terms because of a conflict of interest with another employee but Cindy n burnis never ever did me wrong. When I go into a business and I see the cleaning of another company I say I should call and tell Cindy so she can snag the account. They take pride in their work their business and the employees. So the disgusting post saying the mean stuff no wrong answer and I never review anything I dont like or believe in. I believe in this co.

VERY disappointing Company! Charged $130.00 for 30 minutes of work and did not clean any light fixtures, ceiling fans, freezer, and top of stove. I have been in Property Management for 15 Years and this cleaning job was terrible
