Having worked directly with Tritel for nearly 10 years of my life (from a client) I can say they are a great company. I dont know what is up with these negative reviews but if it comes to it the owner will stay up all night with you if there is a serious problem and sometimes if its not so serious. It is not hard to contact them if you dial the correct number and their prices are solid considering their offerings.

Absolutely the worst company for support or notifying your company of when they have issues that effect your web site or emails. Plus or companies website received a virus through them and we were never notified until we specifically asked what was going on and then we had problems with our site and emails ever since. I would not reccomend using them at all... plus other customers are more important, and was told so by the General Manager.
