This was our first time using Cardinal cleaning. Very pleased. These two young ladies did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!!!!!!! Will use them again. A very well run business!!!

The owner Nick is nice, but that’s the only plus… the workers are not skilled in superb cleaning and left several things unfinished. I even used them a second time with a different crew and they were worse than the first crew. I should have to clean after the cleaning company leaves.

Fantastic cleaning! They did a tremendous job and great attention to detailed cleaning.

I hope your cleaning skills are better than your driving. I would never consider using a company that literally risked my life. Dont drive 90 on the highway in your corporate vehicle.

Cardinal Cleaning is a superb cleaning company!!! We have used them bi-weekly for 6-7 years now. They are professional, their customer service is top notch, they go above and beyond and take excellent care of us. There’s no doubt that we will be using them for years to come!!!!

We have been very happy with Cardinal since we moved to Springfield. Starting with their stellar customer service from day 1 to their wonderful staff, we are very pleased with them!

It seems that nearly every cleaning there’s something left unfinished - stairs never cleaned, bathroom sinks left dirty, etc.. a few times our alarm showing people were only there for 30-40 minutes.We were told that 3 people were there - but still to really clean a bathroom it takes one person at least 30 minutes - we have a 2.5 bath home - meaning that even with 3 people if two people cleaned bathrooms that means the third person had to do the whole rest of the home including kitchen and a half bathroom in 30-40 minutes. We had this happen more than once.After notifying people are sent back out but it seems to always be a complaint and a hassle. Once in awhile I get it, and the owner/manager is always nice and sends people back but it seems the root of the problem is not addressed - which is getting it done right the first time. We use the service for convenience - and it’s not convenient when things are left undone and we are constantly notifying of incomplete service.

We think Nick is very responsive, and our cleaning crew (especially T. You know who you are!) always works to satisfy us.
