I personally know someone that stayed there. They were taking a nap one day when there was a knock on the door and someone just walked in. They dont allow couples, except for the one couple that lives there because they were grandfathered in. Almost everyone that lives there does some sort of drug. From my understanding the managers dont really care about the drug use as long as you keep it in the compound and dont get the cops called. If you like to be told how to live and who you can have over and when, its a great place.

I have not experienced Eden Village in person yet all though Kelbi has been extremely helpful in my endeavour to secure one of these tiny homes. The research I have done leads me to believe Eden Village I or II would be a nice comfortable place for someone lime me with the physical and health issues I have.Once I secure one of these I can give a more personal experience for everyone!

So I volunteered here this week and it was great. Im so impressed with the value this place gives to Springfield mo.Tiny homes for the displaced and legally challenged working poor. Eden Valley provides qualifying homeless individuals with a new sense of independence and a sliding scale rent. This makes much more sense than any band aid social program Ive seen in years. Sustainable and sensible. Eden Village is a terrific model and foreward thinking attempt at a solution to Springfields homelessness issue.

Wow, mission sounds great. But suing the city, because they wont change zoning and successfully fleecing them? Give me a break. Ill donate time and money somewhere else.

This makes much more sense than any band aid social program Ive seen in years. Sustainable and sensible. If more of us adopted this lifestyle, footprint, and mindset, we may not have reached the climate change tipping point that our current presidential administration continues to deny exists. No cars allowed on the premises, and homes just big enough for one adult to live independently in. Eden Village is a terrific model and foreward thinking attempt at a solution to Springfields homelessness issue.

The only thing that seems nice as the volunteer work being done. Rap music blasts in an area that you used only here the joyous screams from the playground from kids having fun at the school next door. I listen to a couple having screaming fight the other day. And Ive watched people yell from house to house.
