They never show up for any of the orders placed through logisticare. They have been doing this to me since the fall of last year. They automatically accept orders and then they never tell anyone that they refused the order after the pick up time had already elapsed. They also use the same technique whenever the trip involved is greater than a certain number of miles so they only want very short trips.

I always have had good service but, I have not been able to get metro access to take me to church on Sundays.It has been rezoned? I do know people go there, but whenever I try to make arrangements........it says it is out of area. Its Fairfaxcounty...........where I live.No Service in Centreville, or Chantilly on Sundays?I hope this changes with the new contract taking over.Thank youFran Berkery
