This is a great place to work out. The people are nice and knowledgeable. The only issue I would have is their pricing, which varies from family to family. This can work in your favor or against you.

Redline had a huge impact on me. The trainers were so knowledgeable and fun to work with. It was not only about improving my athletic ability we also had some important conversions. They truly made me a better athlete and a better person. Now I am majoring in Exercise Science so that I can hopefully have the same impact on other athletes.

When my team leaves, theyre always better than when they arrived.Redline has always been able to provide us with everything we need to continue our team training indoors. I appreciate the value that they provide to my team, as well as, the way they make us always feel like valued customers. Id like to also add that during this period of COVID-19, theyve gone above and beyond to ensure that we always felt safe within their facility.

My son Sebastian just had an awesome first workout with Kyle Carter at his Elite Offensive Skills Clinic. Hell definitely do more of his off season training at Redline Athletics Springfield.

Finally! A gym for kids and teens to go to that are looking to improve on their sport! We are super impressed with the coaching staff that include former NFL, WNBA, and Collegiate athletes training our kids. A 90 minute workout where the kids go through speed & agility drills, drills for their specfic sport, and safe strength fitness training. Batting cages, field space, basketball court, weight room where we can bring our kids everyday? A NO BRAINER!

Redline is great! They take great care of your body as well as give you a great and hard workout.

Great training and use of time. My kids have an hour and a half of planned out training specific to their needs. Cost is very reasonable compared to other places.

Aside from school work and playing baseball, Our son spends all his extra time at Redline - a good thing. He really likes the Trainers and they give a lot of one on one pointers. Very glad we were referred to them.
