While a tad pricey, it was an easy process and were happy to never have to worry about cleaning our gutters again. With several large trees in our yard and surrounding yards, we previously had to have our gutters cleaned every 3-4 months, so it will be a nice change.

Good company to work with. The installer was great at explaining the process and showing me the work once it was completed. He cleaned up all the stuff that was clogging my gutters after he installed the LeafFilter product. There was a mix up with scheduling, but they were quick to make it right.

Representative was very friendly. Didnt like the pressure of agreeing to a contract that instant or you lose the sale price, but overall satisfied with everything else.

Rick cleaned out our gutters before installing our new LeafFilter system. He was on time, and performed the job safely, and made sure our gutters had extra supports, since we have extremely long gutters on our home. You can not see the guards at all, looks great. The sales person, Mike as well as Rick our installer were both very professional, and made sure we understood everything about the product and the warrenty. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience with this company. We will recommend LeafFilter to our family and friends.

In May 2020 I signed an agreement to have the leaf filter installed. the installer never showed up. When I called they said he was there which was not true. They called and said he would come at a later date. He showed up and informed me that he did not work on houses with a 3rd story and had no product to install anyway. I called again they said they would send him with a lift. They sent the same installer with a different product than the salesman, Mark Avery, had sold me. And to top it off the product he did have was the wrong size!!!! and get this, he still did not have a lift! I called again and they assured me they were going to make this right. NOTHING! It is now September I have called customer service and they assured me someone would call me back, that was a week ago. I also called Mark Avery, the salesman and left a voicemail and still nothing.

We hired Leaf Filter to clean gutters, install leaf filter and install a new gutter and down spout.The work itself was well done. Cameron who did our quote did great. He was late but we recieved a call letting us know.The professionalism and punctuality were not good as far as getting it installed. The installers changed where they started not letting us know until a hour and half after they were supposed to be there. We had to cancel because of having other plans in the afternoon.The boss was terrible to talk to making us feel like it was our fault which wasnt the case.We rescheduled and lo and behold the installers were late again by over an hour, but this time I had to call to figure out where they were. I talked to the boss again and he said oh we called you. Yeah, you did my husband not me at 10:30 to say they cant get through because the road is being resurfaced and you told me they were be there at 9. (I could have told them a different way to go had you called me instead.) Your story about them waiting a long time to get supplies maybe true, but you all need to communicate better.They finally arrive at 11:30.They did a good job other than their clean up was just okay. I had a bunch of junk from the gutters out stuff I found in my flowerbed.The gutters look nice, but Im not sure I would recommend this company based on the cost, lack of punctuality and professionalism.Will it be worth the cost and communication headache? Time will tell.

After having an inspection, i sat down with the representative, they kept trying to sell me stuff I didn’t want even after repeatedly telling them no.Before he ever mentioned a number estimate, and before he wrote anything down, I was forced to “guess” what I think the price would be.He then gave me a number in the 4,000’s and said, “because I like you, if you make the decision in the next 5 minutes I can do 1,800 instead.He was unprofessional, and talking about how bad all the other businesses where, and if I cared for my house, or my safety I would need gutters in the next 2 weeks.He also told me about all the “foundation” issues that where happening.Very bad experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Do NOT use this company! At least the one in Springfield, MO. Sloppy work. Very poor work! We had them come back out four or five times to fix their job. Still leaking water. Leaf filter not attached to guttering right. Very expensive for a poor job!

Before retirement, we remodeled and sold hundreds of homes, so we know a good product and installation. Salesman promised a lot, and it seems to have been delivered. Recent rain downpours, including hail, and all the runoff seemed to have flowed where needed. The installers were professional also. They did not pull up in trucks saying Leaf Filter, but a quick call to the office and their in-hand work order calmed my concerns. Once they began I could tell they knew what they were doing. We have wasps, and they took care of them also (we provided the spray)!

Whenever I first talked to somebody, she was very polite and I scheduled a free consultation with her, but I told her I wasn’t for sure if we wanted to do it. She said that was fine, and told me just to call back if we wanted to cancel. When I called back to cancel the next day because we decided not to do it at this time, the lady I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude. She got an attitude with me from the get go and told me I just made the appointment yesterday and asked why I would turn down a free consultation, stating that just wouldn’t make sense. I kept telling her I just need to cancel the appointment, because we have a lot going on right now, and she was pushy and asked what day and time would work instead. I again told her that we just couldn’t do it at this time, and she asked why I would turn down something free, stating I could at least have the information for later. At this point in time, after asking to cancel the appointment several times without getting even an ounce of respect, I got aggravated, and said “ma’am, for the last time, we just need to cancel the appointment,” and hung up. The lady I spoke to you this morning was super unprofessional. Even if we would be interested in the service at a later date, I will never recommend this place or call them back again.

I have been trying to deal with these people for months! First when it was installed they werent on time and did not tell me when they would be here, not a huge problem just annoying. It had major leaks and other issues so I had to call them to fix it, they called me to confirm a time and never showed up! Every time i try to contact them i have to leave a message and when i do get to someone they send me to a number thats not in service. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional!

I called. They had representative at my home next morning. We agreed on a price and my gutters were installed by 2pm the next day, which happened to be a Saturday. I am very pleased so far!
