GlennStone did an excellent job installing gutters, downspouts and leaf guards for my home. Very nice upgrade from my old gutter system. 5 star service and products, and detail oriented. Rickey was very helpful during the whole process. Love how they provided the electronic quote which included pictures and descriptions of all the work to be done. They went the extra mile. The crew was efficient and did an awesome job. Fall clean up will be much easier thanks to the leaf guards.

This was our first time having to have a roof and gutters installed on a home. We were a bit overwhelmed with what to do as far as insurance goes. However, Rickey and everyone else at GlennStone were so helpful! We received money out of the blue from our insurance company with no explanation on what any of the documents they sent with it were about. Rickey went over everything and explained what we needed to do. Any questions I had were answered super quick with a email, or phone call. The work was done promptly and quick. I was also given a heads up anytime they were planning to be there. The people at the office were just as helpful and answered questions for us quickly. I cannot recommend GlennStone enough. We had recently gotten a quote for a gutter repair. The first quote that we got was for over $350, and we were told that there was probably some rotting of the wood behind our soffit. We were told that our house would not pass inspection unless we replaces the gutters completely. But when Glenn stone came out to give us an estimate he said that the two minor things that needed to be fixed we’re not worth charging us, and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He said he wouldn’t feel right charging us anything and we could not be more pleased with the work that he did. Even though it was a quick job it was a very big deal to us because we thought we were looking at hundreds of dollars worth of work. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their gutters repaired or replaced.

Really enjoyed having these guys complete our gutters and some other minor work. From estimate to the actual work everything went smooth. Out gutters are actually functional again and look great.

Sadly, my experience with this company having a repair on my roof was not as good as many reviewers. My biggest issue was getting someone to call me back. I hired them because they would do all the work on my roof repair, including replace the rotted fascia. I would call to ask for an approximate time when the work would be done and be told the project manager would call me and let me know and that wouldnt happen. The day they showed up to do the work, I only knew they were there because I called to office to ask again for a time estimate. I think the work that was done is likely fine (which is why I gave them 3 stars), I just need better communication.

Glenn and his guys are great. Right on time for the estimate house visit. Gave us options and suggestions on what we needed without trying to sell us something we didn’t.Very friendly and professional.The final cost to us actually came in Under the quoted estimate ! The quality of work exceeded my expectations. The job was done on time for the agreed amount even though there were a few spots the decking needed to be replaced. They didn’t ask for a cent more. Any other company would have refused to finish the job until I paid more. Not Glennstone. I highly recommend them. You can get it done cheaper, but you’ll never get it done better! I just found out they do windows and siding too! Perfect!

I wasnt going to leave a review even though they would not give me a bid on my roof.pretty disappointed because they are to support her financially of 104.1 who I listen to and one of the talk shows hosts recommended them personally to me. But after today, almost being struck with my children in the car, Im convinced that they are shady company. glad I did not sign with them, I was told by a friend that they will have you sign a contract when they do an estimate that locks you into a contract with. Them. They also were driving a truck today that had no license plateswhich would not be a big surprise on the back if it were a 3/4 ton and licensed as such but since it was a half ton, it makes me wonder how much of a legitimate business they are and if they are trying to avoid some sort of taxes

Update: I called this morning Aug 10. I spoke with a woman who said she would have the project manager call me back shortly. About an hour later I recieved a call saying they would be refunding my deposit. They replied to my review after I was called They said they had seen my review and thought it best we part ways. I was never informed it would take 4-6 weeks after the inspection, nor was I told they could not get the supplies. I was told on one call that I should not have been told they would be out the previous week and they would have someone out the next week. I was also told on a call that I had been pushed back a couple days due to rain. Glenstone has wasted 2 months of my time to get my roof fixed and countless time and stress trying to hold them to their word. Hire at your own risk. I did not have a big expensive job like a whole roof so I was not worth their time. I am a disabled veteran, making all these calls and keeping organized is hard enough. To be shown Im not important because I dont have a lot of money to put in a project really hurts.Update 2: a gentleman hand delivered our refund. He said my boss said to bring this to you thats it, no apology.They will take your money then not do the job. So we had this company give us a quote on our roof. It took almost a month to get the quote. I called on June 9th, they showed up July 8th. We paid our deposit on the 10th and were told we would have our roof worked on the week of the 20th when we called on the 17 for an update. Nobody called or showed. I called the next Monday the 27th and was told they would have someone out that week. Again nobody called or showed. I called again August 3rd and was told I was on the schedule tentatively for the 4th but by the end of the week for sure. They apologized and said someone should have called last week and they would call one way or the other this week. Its Friday evening August 7th and still nobody has shown up, called, sent a letter. Just nothing from these guys. I record my calls so I would be happy to provide any proof. Would not recomend!

We recently used GlennStone to repair the roof on our home. They were very professional and friendly. They even removed the old satellite dish mounts for us while they were up there. The next day it rained several inches and not a single drop inside our home. We would recommend them to anyone, money well spent!

GlennStone Roofing was awesome! We had a large windstorm this past spring and needed someone to come put a tarp on the roof until it could be patched or replaced. Ricky was amazing to work with. He made the process of working with the insurance adjuster and getting the roof fixed very easy. By the time the adjuster came out, large sections of the shingles had resealed (due to heat from the sun) and were no longer coming up. This meant, that the roof would not be covered by insurance for a replacement. Ricky explained our options at that point and we repaired some of the sections. Ricky was awesome, but what is even more awesome are the other team members that worked on the roof and are in the office assisting with schedule/followup. They are a large part why the process went so smoothly. We will definitely be using GlennStone when it is time to replace the roof and would highly recommend their company.

I am delighted with my new roof and gutters as they make my old house fit in the twenty first century. I was amazed at how prompt the team, headed by Ricky, was in arranging for the work with my choices of colors and styles and how proficient they were in carrying out the job from start to finish. The workers not only put in the new roof in one day but took care to make sure not a single scrap or nail was left on the ground. Ricky even came back to check on the roof after the hail storm two months later and, of course, everything was good. Glennstone actually care about their customers.

Based on the recommendation of a friend, I called to get an estimate for a new roof. When the guy showed up he wanted to show me a presentation on his laptop, though he left the laptop in his truck so had to go back to get it. This presentation lasted close to half an hour with everything from videos of them roofing a house to how shingles are made. He mentioned numerous times that insurance companies shouldnt tell us how much it will cost to replace a roof and they would take care of the insurance. At the end of the presentation was a contract for me to sign. The guy seemed very surprised when I told him I wasnt signing anything, he wanted to know why. Well, he never showed me an estimate, hed never gotten on my roof, and I had no idea how much it would cost. He told me it didnt matter how much it cost as that was between them and the insurance company. Should they not be able to come to terms with the insurance the contract would be null and void. I dont know if this is their standard way of doing business, or if they reserve this procedure for single women, but I dont do business that way.

Called Glenstone Roofing to check our roof since several of our neighbors have been replacing theirs due to hail damage. Luckily we did not need to do a roof replacement! We were very satisfied with their friendliness, honesty, prompt service and professionalism in providing us an overview of the shape of our roof. Joshua came out to inspect a small hole an animal had chewed in my wood shingles. He got out the drone and showed me my whole roof on the iPad. He showed me where the hole was strictly cosmetic and wouldn’t leak. Another roofing company had told me I needed to get it fixed for $750! I would highly recommend them, especially Joshua. I have to say that Glenstone had to be the biggest RIP OFF in the Springfield area. Ricky came out and made a lot of big claims about what all they were going to do for me and my house. After reading a number of glowing reviews, I was convinced that this was a great company. BOY WAS I WRONG. They drug their feet for months while my house sat waiting for them to follow through with what they assured me they would do. Ricky told me that they were general contractors, and they would be sure to get my house fixed. They were very experienced in dealing with insurance companies, I needed a new rook, new siding, large portions of my ceiling need replacing, my wood floors were damaged, and needed repairing or replacing. And they would take care of everything.It took months just to get to the roof, and once the roof was replaced, and they were paid over double what any other company was willing to do it for, that was the end.I was informed that Ricky “left the company, and moved to Arkansas. I’ve called them multiple times, and basically been abandoned. Now I’m sitting here with THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage to my house, and an insurance company that has basically told me the money they have already paid should have fixed everything and they aren’t doing anything else.I’m convinced all these great reviews have to be fake. I’ve given this company numerous chances to show me that they would follow through with their promises. NOTHING.Once they started the roof, they did it quickly. That was the only thing they did right. But what do you expect when a company charges $50,000 for a roof and the next highest estimate is under $30K.

This company really did such a great job on my rooftop I needed new shingles on my roof, and they did it fast and Efficiently did it for a great price. Please give these guys a try they will not disappoint you. Oh and they are super friendly workers are two thumbs way up!

I called Gelnnstone to get an estimate and inspection on my roof back in November. They came out and inspected. I asked for an estimate, but never heard from them again. I called again last week to follow up, and was assured they would call me back with an estimate. No call. I called again today, and was again told that I would get a phone call today for an estimate and to schedule the work. Again - No call back. If they cant keep a commitment before Ive paid them, I cant trust that theyll do what they say after they have my money. Ill find someone else to take my money and get the work done.

The sign of a great company is not when they do what is asked of them. You expect a company to do what they are paid to do. But when they go above and beyond is when the great companies stand out. When Glenstone replaced some of the shingles that had blown off I was not happy with the color match as my roof was 10 year old. The guys at Glenstone found several possible other matches. Nothing was perfect of course but they allowed me to pick a color that I was happier with. Not their fault it could not be matched perfectly but they replaced the shingles with ones I felt more comfortable with. They deserve every star in this 5 star rating.

Mark and Glenn at GlennStone Roofing and Fence did an entire replacement on my roof and installed some high-end custom copper finials afterward. Every aspect of the job was stellar. They were fast, safe, and the end result is beautiful. So far I have referred them to two neighbors that utilized them as well, and they too are very pleased. Their True Blue standards are what first convinced me they were the way to go, and they live up to each and every one of them. I got bids, and discovered you might find a slightly cheaper option, but I want to live in my home for another 25 years, so there is no option to excellent quality and service. 3 months ago we started calling roofers to come and fix a leak we have thats steadily gotten worse.One company said theyd come out and take a look and we never heard back from them. I called and they said it would be a couple more weeks before someone could give me an estimate. Um....No thanks.I called the second company and they came out pretty quick and gave me an estimate and everything seemed to be going pretty well. They said it could be 6-8 weeks before they could fix it but it was on their schedule. After 11 weeks I called and they said still werent sure when they could come out. NOT HAPPY!Then I talked to Matt at Glennstone Roofing a little over a week ago. He came out a couple of days later, gave me an estimate that was HALF what the other company quoted and just sent me a text letting me know the material is in and tomorrow or early next week my roof will be leak free!!!Thanks Matt!

I had GlennStone out to fix a small leak on a dormer. They had to come back a couple of times because it was a tricky leak. Long story short it was still leaking after I had paid them a couple of times. Months later I remember to call them and I spoke to Kim. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The guys came back out and redid the whole job, FOR FREE, because they stand behind their work. If you need roofing work of any kind you BETTER call these folks. Great job Glennstone!!

Would never recommend this company. We needed a new roof due to hail damage. Salesman came out and tried to sell us a bunch of upgrades. We decided to do gutter guards only because we were told if we opted not to do our carport that money could go towards the guards. Thats not what happened. We ended up owning our deductible plus the guards. Had to finance that and as we are on a tight budget due to health issues this did not help.

I had a great experience with GennStone on my recent roof replacement. They were professional, prompt, and were very accommodating to my specific requests. Matt provided great advice, communication, and documentation throughout the entirety of the planning, execution, and follow-up project stages. Overall the team was timely, clean, reasonably priced, and provided a great product - I would not hesitate to use GlennStone in the future.

Had an estimate for hail damage. They didnt give me a written estimate. I felt like once they found out it was a homeowners claim, they inflated the price. The same package from another well known company was $6000 cheaper. When an upgrade for the EXACT same shingles is $3600 vs $600, to me thats a red flag. Money wasnt the only consideration, but it was a factor. They were very polite and explained things very well. I do think he was more worried about selling the upgraded package than just replacing what I had.

These guys were great.The roof and gutters look great and the gutter screen is already working. We are really happy.

I had Glennstone come out and not only did they find out why it was leaking and where from but also informed me on several trouble areas on my roofs construction. Glennstone Roofing earned my trust when they showed up to the house I was selling to look at an issue that came up during the inspection process. Rather than attempting to squeeze me for money, they pointed out that it was a very minor issue, climbed up on the roof, and fixed it. No charge! I then told them Id contact them when I moved into my new house because I knew I had some issues with the gutters. I ended up hiring them to upgrade my gutters to 6 width. Ameil came out to my house today and fixed a piece of siding that came loose and came off and he did not charge me for this, this was so so kind I really appreciate it . I will call them first anytime I need siding in the future, kindness speaks volumes about a company !

The best roofing company I have ever worked with. Their staff is all very professional and they keep in constant contact with the customer to let you know what is happening and when.I dont think any roofing project ever goes perfect, but this is the only company that made sure any issues were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. We hired Glennstone roofing to replace our roof and guttering after a wind storm damaged our roof. Our insurance company only wanted to replace two sections of our roof. Ricky showed us with pictures and video that our roof had more damage than the adjuster had found. He dealt with the insurance company for us and told them that if they did not replace our entire roof they would be doing a great disservice to their customer. Ricky and Glennstone roofing was the only roofing company that I contacted that was willing to go to bat for us. As a result, the insurance company finally agreed that the whole roof needed to be replaced. Glennstone replaced the roof and guttering in two days and it looks spectacular. Ricky did everything he said he was going to do and was a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the whole experience. They are a great company to work with and do quality work. We had two leaks in our roof and we asked a Glennstone person who happened to be in my area at that time to please check our roof for us. His name was Ricky Mathews. He did so and did a thorough inspection of our roof too. It was really in bad shape. Ricky took the time to indicate all the problems we had. There was considerable damage from hail. We determined that we needed a new roof so we asked him to find out the cost to replace it. Ricky did and helped us with our insurance company too. He did a temporary repair on the existing leaks and we contracted with Glennstone for the replacement of our roof. When the workmen came they were efficient and courteous. They were also careful not to leave roofing scraps and nails in my yard. I have a small dog and I didnt want him to get hurt. My yard was clean as a whistle when they left. My roof looks great and I have had no problems. I would highly recommend Glennstone Roofing for your roof replacement or any roofing needs. We also had our gutters replaced by them.

I think the biggest reason why I decided to do business with them is because they were genuine, professional, fair, educated, and they were very patient with me. Im rather slow at making decisions and require a lot of information before pulling the trigger. The Glennstone reps (and Carrie-she was super helpful and sweet too!) were thorough and made me feel comfortable. Ive heard great things about this company already --high performance and product standards, etc. Theyre not a take it or leave it type of company. Im glad I saw this for myself. It felt like they were looking out for my best interest. And because they provided me with different options and pricing, it felt like they were looking out for my wallet too. Im a believer in you get what you pay for. And even though a competitor came in lower in a couple areas, it became a no brainer to go with Glennstone. I highly recommend doing business with them!Funny story: It started when my roommates children (boys) climbed up on the roof (without permission). They seemed to literally run around on the roof! Out of boredom, they decided it would be a good idea to start peeling off shingles. And of course they were using our gutters to help them on and off the roof. Which they also damaged. As ridiculous as this is, it lead to calling Glennstone just for a quote on repairs. ... There was a lot more damage than I had realized (kids werent entirely at fault). And yes, they were still grounded.

Glennstone came out and done a great job on a fascia and gutter repair. They also fixed a couple of issues that I wasn’t aware of that could have became costly. I highly recommend them.
