Recommended by a friend - approx. 9 years ago had DH install 7 windows at a cost around $9K with the lifetime transferable warranty. Everything was great until glass seal broke on one of the window and time to call for the warranty service. They renegaded their enclosed obligation because window manufacture went out of business. I trusted them for their word and lifetime support. So buyers please beware of their warranty and any premium cost paid upfront for their word. Thank you.

Dream Home replaced all our windows with triple pane windows from Thermal. The replacement was performed on time and very well done. We never even had to have one thing painted. They also covered our outside trim with high quality good looking aluminum. In addition to replacing 36 Windows they added I believe it was AR-15 attic insulation under our entire roof.They delivered a very high-quality product, at a very competitive price, and all the work was done in a highly professional manner. I have already recommended them to several friends.

We paid over $5000.00 to have Argon windows installed in our family room with a lifetime guarantee from this company. After a few years, the windows started collecting what looked like mold between the glass.We called Dream Home and they told us the manufacturer of the windows (Gorrell) went out of business, so the warranty was no longer in effect. We have the original invoice and offer and it says DREAMHOME would GUARANTEE the windows.They offered to send a 3rd party installation company out and we talked with them. Their quote was just as much as getting new windows. We attempted to call the company several times and it was always the same: this is all we could do.This company is a SHAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THEY ARE SELLING. YOU WILLL BE DISAPPOINTED AND LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.No one likes being ripped off!

On two occasions, October 16, 2002 and July 23, 2009, we entered into contractual agreements with Dream Home Remodeling to do exterior work on our home.As of this present date that is eighteen years ago, the first work that was done was essentially whole external house siding and then, secondly our attached front porch.In each instance the work that was done was fully as expected and as agreed upon. The quality of both the materials and the workmanship was nothing less than superb. The workers themselves were not only highly skilled, they were also deeply respectful of us as their customers.Now, eighteen years later, it could be stated literally that the appearance of the siding and associated materials has not declined at all. There are a few companies that are out there that deliver what they promise. DreamHome is one of them. They did my Mothers siding, windows & gutters as well as my windows and gutters. They even did my roof on my shed. I thought they wouldnt take such a small roofing job but they did. Open, honest commication as well of there was a a miss understanding or miscommunication, they take care of it. You cannot go wrong with Dreamhome. Great company & great people!

I contracted with DreamHome in July 2020 to add some attic vents and insulation. Overall, the job was fine except for one thing. As a new homeowner, I didnt realize that part of my attic was inaccessible from the main hatch. When DreamHome came by for the estimate and for the actual job, they never mentioned that fact. Instead, they gave me the impression that they would be insulating the entire attic space by showing me Eagleview pictures that covered the entire house. Although they never did insulate the inaccessible area, I was only charged for the area they actually did insulate. But still, it would have been nice to know what areas of my attic and roof were covered and not covered by the job.

They were very professional and did services on a timely manner. Best quality and price. Look no further for a better place.

We had DreamHome come by for a free inspection of our roof. We didn’t have an immediate need to have any work done but wanted to get a sense of what was going on with our roof and to see if we should anticipate any issues down the line. The team that came by was super professional and friendly and thoughtful about our time and needs. They did a really thorough inspection, showed me a digital video analysis of our roof (which I had never seen what our roof looked like from the top, only our house inspector looked at our roof last and we just took his word for it that all was okay with it.) So it was really neat to see everything about our roof in detail. They gave us a very honest assessment, our house didn’t need a new roof, but may need a few things on the roof serviced down the road. They were not pushy. They gave us facts, details, easy to understand explanations, and options for the future. We will definitely be calling them when we are ready to get some work done for our roof or any exterior work!

The sales person (Mike) was professional and did not use any pressure tactics, Simply explained his products and pricing and than compare them to major competitors. The installers worked even on Sunday, since Saturday was raining, to accommodate us. Overall, great experience and most competitive price!

Dream Home was wonderful. The gentleman was very through and explained everything with there product. He also explained with pictures and video of our roof and what we have up there. He explained exactly what the company would do. He even tried his best to get us the best financing we could get. He did not rush at all what he showed and told us. We definitely would refer someone to this company. The Gentlemen who came were very professional and did beautiful job. They even adjusted our gutters both front and back. But told us the gutters who ever tried to fix them did a terrible job and that our gutters need to be replaced. What adjustments they did help some what but our guttrrs are still leaking in the same spots before they got adjusted. I did pick up two bags of nails that were left on the ground after they left. Once we let the company know this. They sent out the same Gentlemen that did the job and he did a thorough job and did find a bunch of nails and did apologize for that. We would definitely use and recommend this company again.

Loved Josh the salesperson. He was patient, responsive and wasnt too pushy. Although, the price was a bit higher than a few competitors we loved there financing options which allowed us a lot more flexibility. When it came to installation the appointment got bumped to a later date but the company contacted as soon as they were aware and scheduled us as soon as possible. Once the work was completed everything was cleaned back up and the windows are gorgeous. As a plus they actually do what we needed-keep our home warm.

So contacted them after a recent storm to come look at my roof,to repair some storm damage. After sending an online quote I got like 5 different calls from them. They schedule two different appointments telling me they canceled one. Then the salesmen showed up after I was told it was canceled. Finally we set a time and date and they came inspected and told me they found hail damage showed me chalk mark up claiming they did exactly what an insurance adjuster is going to do. That there inspector was a prior insurance adjuster and knew what he was talking about. They said insurance would cover a new roof,they said they would send there inspector to be there the day the insurance adjuster showed up. To help point out the damage. If I signed a contract with them to be the one to install the new roof. The day the insurance adjuster shows up. They sent a kid who looked like he was still in high school to deal with the insurance adjuster. He had no idea what was going on with my roof. He couldnt answer a single question when questions came up. Luckily another contractor who was there because he installed emergency tarp, stepped up and helped me with the adjuster. In the end there was no hail damage just wind and rain. Just be careful they have a great sales pitch, but the company seems all over the place.

This company was very quick to come out and speak with us and gave us an estimate to do multiple items for our roof. Dont be fooled by their nice presentation and fast talking. USAA came out and said we did NOT need all of the things they gave us the estimate for and told us to do everything should be a little over 1K. We called them back and said we only wanted to get the one item done. They came and did the one item and still charges us close to 3K. When asked about the price because they NEVER separated the items, they stated that over 2K was for labor!!! The workers were here for less than an hour!!! They only reduced our bill by $150 form the original estimate and we had to pay it out of pocket!!! We will never use or recommend them. The estimate should have been separated to show the cost for each item. This was NOT worth that price and we will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Our experience with DreamHome has been a great one .Everything from the first contact thru to the completion of the project met or exceeded our expectations. We would give them a 10 and definitely recommend them to our friends.

Dream Homes required that they deliver our estimate in person the next day, which we were very disappointed in given the current environment. DH should be doing everything they can to minimize time in customers homes. The estimate was an hour-long sales pitch concentrated almost entirely on the company in general rather than our specific situation. I did not appreciate DH attempting to wow us with fancy technology and flashy slides just to ease the blow of the final number. When they did give us the final number, they were unable to break it down at all because this is just what the system returns. The sales associate also seemed to be unable to adapt the slogans and lines he had clearly memorized (future-proof $100/year for each missing inch) to our specific situation.

We hired Dreamhome to install siding over our old stucco. It has been a pleasure working with the team, starting from the initial sales orientation to the final walk-through. We have had our share of headaches with contractors but this one has restored our faith. Celia is knowledgeable and personable, Perez is skilled and patient and Tony was responsive. We could see that they communicated with each other when we had a concern. We really like the finished results and so do neighbors.

We had a Professional come out to our home to evaluate the condition of our roof. He went up there and took a very detailed video of the condition of our roof. He was extremely honest in his findings. He did not see any major damage and that’s exactly what he reported. He sat down with us and shared the video and I was impressed with his honesty... Definitely a trustworthy organization.

I believe this was one of the best installation I have ever seen. The installers were on time and got right to work!! They did an outstanding job and I have no complaints whatsoever. DreamHome replaced my windows and siding and wrapped my house several years ago. They are the highest quality and most reasonable company around, I have to say. They have responded twice to follow up with special needs Ive had, something unheard of with most companies. This time, I needed them to remove and replace siding pieces around a repair to my front stoop. They were so accommodating. The job itself was really tricky and needing precise refitting. Their work was simply perfect. They have my endorsement.

These people show up at my front door wearing not masks for a unrequested sales call. Never mind the sign at the entrance of the community saying no soliciting. They even had the gal to claim they had authorization to do so. My husband is in the board of directors and no exceptions are made for sales calls.

I had DreamHome out to give me a price on my windows and roof. The people they send out were absolute professionals and recommended we do our attic insulation as well. Now, they certainly weren’t the cheapest price, but, from their expertise, communication, and installation, not to mention quality products...it’s was money well spent. I was recommended this company by someone. So, Lenny, the owner, came out and sold us on vinyl siding, all new windows, gutters, and roof. Price was awesome, and we had to finance half. Better price than others. However, they are a middleman, and use contractors that work for them. They get all their products from other sourced, not in house (windows) like some forms. Now...bad- less than a quarter inch of caulking around windows, so had to recaulk all windows 5 years later (they touted 20 year caulk- sure if done properly!)- so bad that water came into my bathroom window, and 5 years after install I had black mold developing on my stool and trim. Glad I know how to fix stuff like that myself! Roof leaked in 2 spots over the past 5 years. Gutters clog each spring, even though I paid additional money for the gutter guards that Lenny said would keep them clog free. He even said that these gutter guards were the only ones that fit my gutters...lol. Now, the good- Anthony, their new sales guy/follow up person. Excellent customer service. Cares about making things right. However, based on all the trouble I have had with their install, I wouldnt recommend this company to even my worst enemy!

He did a great job explaining both the product as well as the installation process. The windows are excellent quality and simple to use, with my favorite part being the EZ Flex Screens, which are extremely easy to remove if needed (no more screen frames!!). On 11/1/2019 DreamHome professionals installed a new roof on my house. The team was very professional and very organized too! They arrived at my house around 7:AM, and work until the roof was completed. The team ensured my home was properly protected from any damage that could be caused by the team prior to starting the work. Once the roof was installed, the team made sure they cleaned up the areas around my house. My roof look really good too! Job well done by DreamHome. I would recommend them to any potential customer who need a new roof installed.

I used DH for roof installation last summer and later this year with windows replacement. I am happy with their quality of the service throughout the process and definitely consider to use their service again in the future for others exterior home improvement projects.

First off, when my wife and I had our initial sit down meeting with Michael Bothner he was very easy going and honest during our discussion. We had no reason to believe we would have anything other than a good experience. We signed on and were anxious to get our roof replaced.Mike told us about certain stages in the process and how lengthy they can be, to be expected. As we continued through the process however the communication from Dream Home became almost non-existent. Our expectation was to receive some kind of status every couple of weeks, seems pretty reasonable. That did not happen, even after prodding Mike occasionally. Eventually I reached out to several contacts I had including Mikes boss and explained my frustration. Finally I got a response, even a phone call from Mike. Mike told me that he would send us a weekly update from that point on. I told him I didnt need something that often, but that we did expect some communication periodically. Im sure it had to do with my prodding email to his boss. Of course, after that I never received another communication from Mike.Finally after almost a year we get our roof replaced. The group that completed our roof was sloppy with leaving roofing nails all over our yard, along with other misc. types of debris. Some of that is to be expected but I dont want my kids puncturing their feet.We coordinated everything through our insurance company and provided a written certificate of completion to 2 different contacts at dream home who requested the certificate. About 2 months later I get a letter in the mail from an attorney saying that they were informed to acquire the remaining balance from us for the roof. I call Bull S***. After calling our insurance company and dream home I come to find that there was a change in our addendum and dream home was waiting on the certificate of completion. I call Bull S***. Our insurance company was waiting for dream home to contact them about completing the roof before releasing the final payment.Bottom line is their communication with us and themselves internally was piss poor. Communication is key to everything.

I hired DreamHome to replace my roof in June 2020. I received at least 4 quotes from different and well established companies. I did my homework and took as much time as I though necessary to come to a decision. At the end of the day this a significant investment and I wanted to get it right. 3 reasons why I chose DreamHome. First, I was impressed with the thorough presentation that Brian gave (product, warranty, workmanship etc.) then I read a lot of their reviews good and bad to to learn more about the company. Secondly, I thought their pricing was reasonable compared to the other quotes that I received. Finally, I was able to talk to someone at DreamHome everytime that i had a question or needed additional information which is important. On the day of installation, the crew came in but had had to postpone the installation due to heavy rain forecasts. They came back the next day (Saturday) and did the installation. So I was grateful that they were able to accommodate and do the work next day and on a weekend.I would say that 99% of the work was completed the same day. They run out of shingles and unfortunately the supplier doest not open on weekends so one of the crew members had to come back on Monday to complete the small portion. In full disclosure I was told that with weekend installation they could run into this type of issue. They Cleaned up debris and nails around the house after the work was completed and I had a walkthrough with the crew leader to answer any questions I might have. Because I have kids in the house, next day I walked around the house to clean up any nails they may have missed. I picked up a few nails not many on my driveway and grassy areas. Overall Im satisfied with the work and would use DreamHome again for other project. Their customer service is outstanding! Thank you DreamHome.

Had full window replacement and newly installed Bay. DreamHome did a fantastic job! It is always nerve racking to let strangers into your home. But the install crew was professional and friendly. I had some concerns during the install process but the crew lead answered my Qs and DreamHome headquarters also called me to check in during the process. We love our new windows and the bay looks beautiful! Really glad we we went with Mikes (our DH sales rep) recommendations on what would look nice.

Weve just contracted for another job with Dream Home. In the last 8 years weve had them come and beautify our home with new siding and recently a new roof. This is the second time that DreamHome has done some work for us and they did a fantastic job. They completed the work in one day. They had installed the roof across the street and after looking at in several days in envy, I got the number from my neighbor,Made the call and the process was easy and handled very throughly from the start.I had hail and wind damage on a very old roof on my house and garage.They cleaned up completely each day and advised me of the remaining work each day.Once completed the roof with it’s architectural shingles and 50 year guarantee was beautiful, and the roof will out live me!!

DreamHome replaced the trim on my house 10 years ago. They did such a good job my neighbor hired them for his house. The craftsmanship is significantly better than that of all my neighbors. DreamHome replaced my roof. They worked with me through the whole process. From there initial inspection, to final insurance payment. They where on site for the insurance adjuster inspection, pictures of the final work for the insurance claim and final documents submitted for the insurance claim. I recently been having issues with the temperature in my home this summer it had seemed most of my AC had been leaking through out the home, I called DreamHome and they showed up the next day on my time! Dream home recently replaced my roof after some heavy storms hit. They had left a flyer on my door and I was hesitant to call, but I’m glad I did. They helped me submit my insurance claim and even represented me throughout the whole process. When the insurance came to inspect, dream home sent someone and I didn’t even have to take off work. The work DreamHome did was first class. Being a perfectionist and coming from a family of builders, plus doing most of my own work over the years. It is not easy for me to be impressed. And as we all know a lot of people in the building trades sadly are not very good. But DreamHomes is the exception! Their project manager Anthony, always went the extra mile and had a full understanding of construction. He was onetime, clean cut, and always a pleasure to talk to. Lets face it, some of these contractors that come out to your home to look at a job, your reaction is Yikes! hide the wife and the kids. You will not feel that way at all with Anthony and DreamHome. He is truly a class act which is so rare these days.

I have no problem with the work they did. My roof is gorgeous and i am happy with it. That being said, we got a new roof off of insurance. They assured us they would do the work for what insurance paid us for the roof. They did but then they added on all kinds of extras. We ended up paying about $2000 more than what insurance gave us for the roof. Will never use them again

Very pleased with the work done on my home. I had roof replacement and siding. I also had gutters and shutters replaced. The workers that they employ are excellent and they completed the job in a timely fashion! I would highly recommend!
