My long term boyfriend and I came here hoping to get some tools to help us communicate and mend our relationship as we have kids involved and do truly care for each other..we saw Sarah both times and unfortunately were disappointed. She mainly just listened to what we had to say but didn’t really gives us any tools or advice. It was $180 a session and we could have had other people listen to us for free. We split up after 6 years together because this was our last shot..she seemed nice and genuine but didn’t say much and didn’t give us the tools we needed. Wish we would have read the reviews before spending the money.

I highly recommend Springfield marriage and family institute. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and helped me feel so comfortable through my difficult journey. Very thankful to have found such a wonderful place.

Very difficult experience as my wife did not want to participate. Not looking for Chris, counselor to take sides but was looking for some positive direction and Biblical assistance to save marriage as a new Christian. Was told since not our first marriage we were in an adulterous relationship any way.Indicated his mother had been married 4 times but did not specify if he was born in first or “illegitimate”Just what we needed to hear, vs Gods love and healing possibilities.Expensive, but now I know why I was able to get on short notice.

Carley is simply amazing. My wife and I have learned to communicate better, to listen to each other and Carley was there every step of the way to help put things in perspective. She also helped my wife with some deep issues that she went through when she was a child. My wife has not been this happy and in tune as a person and together we have not been this into each other ever. I strongly recommend them to everyone with any type of issue needing resolved.

This was a terrible experience. We tried at least a few sessions, and finally quit when it was clear how sexist he was. My husband even recognized the imbalance. These session were quite expensive and we got absolutely zero guidance. I am a strong believer in counseling, and have had both good and bad experiences. This was by far the worst.

Absolutely a complete waste of money. Totally unprofessional. My wife and I dealt with Chad he showed zero professionalism. Threw his clip board on his desk and said he can’t help and just asked how would we like our divorce to happen. He was irritated and on edge from the time we stepped in his office . We did not even mention a divorce and he threw it out there . When all we want was to reconnect with each other after events in our life. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My husband and I completed premarital counseling with WK. We absolutely loved it. WK was wonderful to talk with and was gracious enough to perform our marriage ceremony. We highly recommend Springfield Marriage & Family Institute!

Sided with my abusive husband after he told her hits me. She even Seen my bruises!! She acted like he could be fixed. Well let me tell you...to fix an abusive relationship you must first remove the abusive person. Single and SAFE now...

If you like watching your counselor ignore you and play on her phone this is the place! Although, my husband and I actually bonded over how bad she was.

Springfield marriage & family institute has been a blessing to my family. We have had such great success working with Ty. Each time we come we are greeted with a friendly smile. My husband and I both had been to other counseling centers in the area but Springfield marriage & family has been the very best.

This office is not professional enough to garner my business.I know this by reading the reviews and ratings, wherein a W. K. Boyce types as a representative of the company, rebuking Clint, who seems to be a review troll who is targeting therapists who run services for those who are brought comfort by the Christian faith.There are only two options to pick from as a conclusion in this instance. Either this Boyce represents the office, and does not know how to reply to a review as the owner of the business, nor how to speak professionally. Or he does not represent the company, and the company is neglecting their public image by not responding, and/or the company approves of an argument in the review section of their Google listing.Argumentative therapists are not good ones. Businesses who do not take control of their media image by being an active participant in the conversation and customer service aspect of their field are not worth my time either. It was worth my time, however, to write this review pointing out the error of their ways, and why I will not be contacting their office.While I was thinking of calling this establishment regarding setting up an appointment for family therapy, to improve communication within our home, I will not be subjecting us to a councilor that has such poor communication and/or business skills themselves.

Very disappointing worldview. Ive been to many councilors throughout my life. Christan and who knows what else. This is by far the worst experience Ive had. This place puts the Bible above actually helping people so be warned.
