Our daughter had a mental health issue. And at Springfield regional called mircle mile for an assment and a Melissa came to see our daughter and was not on her or her parents side at all. I thought mental health people were suppose to help the patient and not be against the patient or the families wishes. I would not ask mircle mile to ever help out again. Because they dont know how to do the correct assment on patients that are in crisis.
