I am a business customer in Springfield Ohio. I came in 4 hours early because the upgrade AT7T needed to do would take 6-7 hours to do. They arrive and 20 minutes later tell me they cannot do the upgrade sorry. I said let me speak to your supervisor. The technician put him on the phone but he would not speak. Replacing them ASAP in all five of our locations.
